Introduction
Skills Communication: As a customer service representative I was trained to deal with the most
difficult customers. This puts me in a unique position to communicate with the
most difficult parents.
Technology: Having grown up a digital native I am knowledgeable about most programs. I
am a continuous learner, always seeking out new opportunities, and I learn new
programs and processes easily.
Professionalism: Having grown up in a family of educators I have a deep respect for the
profession; because of this I strive to maintain only the highest levels of
professionalism in every aspect of my life.
Curriculum: I am well versed in a variety of curriculum for grades K-5. I am skilled in
creating and implementing exciting and interesting lessons that are based off of the
current Nevada standards, and provide an enriching education for a diverse student
body.
Diversity and Inclusion: As a native to Las Vegas I am aware of the diverse needs of our
student body. I strive to learn and understand the culture and lives of each student
to better understand their individual needs.
As the Volunteer Coordinator for the All Saints
Sunday School I am responsible for creating curriculum,
designing lesson plans, and implementing lessons for
children ages 3 to 8.
Customer Care Representative
As a Customer Care Representative I accepted
- Verizon Wireless
inbound calls from Verizon Wireless customers. I mediated
Sitel
billing disputes, assisted clients with lower level technical
support, and assisted those difficult and irate customers
with questions and concerns.
