This is a swazi women cultural approach to HIV/AIDS management and control.

LITSALA as its fondly

reffered to, uses the swazi cultural values to train young people in the behavioural change to help arrest
the rapid spread of the deadly virus.Elderly women form the core part of this organization as the true
custodians of our culture with a mandate to pass the virtues of the swazi culture to the youth that
eventually will equip them well to ward off the deadly lures of HIV/AIDS in whatever form.Mothers are
good educators for young ones for God have given them LOVING TENDERNESS that is needed for this
Noble assignment.
It may come as a surpries to note that Litsala have come up with modern management techniques that
are gender sensitive and cultural oriented that suit any organization and can adopted as ready
management policy be it in Human resourse , compensation and wages to promotion.
We appeal to well wishers to surpport Litsala's efforts financially and otherwise as we take the training to
all Tinkundla centres(constituencies) accross Swaziland.Equally we request employers to invite us for
workshops and seminars in their organizations and we will train their staff and help develope policies.
