A thorough and well presented section that demonstrates a good


understanding of the mediums history.

Oldest Family photograph

The oldest photograph is well analysed however where is the second


modern image that it is to be compared to.

Camera Obscura

This section is excellent you demonstrate an excellent understanding of the


process in your visual images and you back this up with excellent
contextual research. To improve this section you could add the work of an
artist that uses the Camera Obscura in their own visual practise and
compare it to your own work.

Photograms
Photogram Portraits

This section is particularly strong the visual examples and the written
analysis work well together to create a strong piece of work.

Pinhole

The images in this section are a little small and would have more of an
impact if they were larger. The only way to improve this section further
would be to add an artist that uses the pinhole camera in their own visual
practise and compare it to your own work.
