IMPLEMENTATION, CHALLENGES AND FEEDBACK

Before going to Zoo Negara, we decided to do a fund raising event to raise some funds
to be given to the representative to Zoo Negara. There are a couple of challenges that we have
to encounter throughout this programs. The first one is we have to consider all of the
members schedule as we want all of them to take part in this program. As some of them
might have classes or tests on that night, we have to fairly divide the task to all the members
so that all of us would give some contributions to the event on that day. The second one is the
animals came out a bit late on that day. As a result, we have to delay the program and
apologize to the one that have waited for the event. Other than that, we have no problems
managing this event. All the heads units managed to control their units wisely, thus, making
the event run smoothly. At the end of the program, we felt very satisfied that we have actually
helped the management of Zoo Negara doing their tasks in handling the animals there. Seeing
various of animals on that day made our efforts paid off. We are also proud of our team as
these huge evens have came real.
