Research methodology

The study will be descriptive in nature and following process will be adopted:

Population

The population of the study will be consisting on:

All the Heads of the Departments from The Islamia University of Bahawlapur
All the teachers from The Islamia University of Bahawlapur
The entire Masters Students from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur

Sampling
From entire Masters Students, Ill randomly select some departments and then will
randomly select 10-15 students from each class and the criteria for the students is their well

expressiveness and cooperative intentions to the study. On the whole, almost 50 students
would be consulted at least to answer the studys questions.

Development of research tools

Two questionnaires; one for the students of the Islamia University of the Bahawalpur and
another for the teachers of the Islamia university of Bahawalpur, would be generated to get
their opinions and an observation would be developed for the educational issues, expectations
and problems.

Teachers and HODs

Teachers of the Islamia University of the Bahawlapur would be asked to share their assessments
regarding educational system of the Pakistan from their bird eyed view and managerial observations.

Masters Student
Masters students would be procided a questionair to show their view point as being the student of this
education system. What do they expect and how they manage to go with the current systems are the
core objective of the study that keep the ultimate concern of the study alive.

Following elements of the study would be variable:

Gender
Male and Female

Field of Study
Field of study or department would also be another variable. Education, Commerce, English, IT, Political
Sciences etc are the concerned field of the studies.

Designation
Head of the Department, Teachers, Students

Pilot Testing
The questionnaire will be tried out and will be revised keeping in view feedback of the experts,
educationerists, teachers and research scholars.

Data Collection
The researchers would personally visit the randomly selected department of the Islamia University of
Bahawlapur. Individually students would be requested to move on in data collection process.
