What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this course?
From taking this course I learned about lifelong wellness that moving and staying fitness is
an important thing in life. Exercising routinely is really good and helpful and can be a very useful
tool to help us manage daily stress.
How has learning about and applying lifelong wellness concepts impacted your life (home,
school, work, etc.)?
Learning about lifelong wellness and applying these concepts have had a positive impact in
my daily living. I am more capable of managing my stress and organize myself. I thing and strongly
agree that in order to reach happiness one must be comfortable with themselves, and healthiness
is a key to succeed in this.
Discuss specific lifelong wellness concepts learned in this course and how you are going to
implement them in your life?
Certain concepts I learned in this Zumba course are to take things fun when it is about
doing this kind of workout. It can help me to reduce my daily stress and to take things lightly in a
such accelerated world. In order to improve these things in my life, I will keep the perspective of
having a light mind for things respectively, and follow my healthy diet habits and regular exercise
as well.
General ideas for improving this course?
I personally consider that the course is well improved and organized.
