Assessment Synopsis

Assesments allow educators and adult learners to measure their progress. In the
assessment process, it is imperative to have discussions before and after each
evaluation. The discussion should include clear objectives and goals for subject
areas being assess. It also allow teachers to discuss possible outcomes, improve
subject areas, and give an overview of what to expect during the assessment
process.
Assesments three main purposes are:
1. Guide educators instructional methods.
2. Measure learners progress.
3. Observe education performance for accountability.
