Worked to address technical issues within the NCSU College of Engineering in Raleigh, NC. Worked with staff and
students to address problems as they arose. Responsibilities include answering and addressing calls. Required the ability
to adapt to changing situations and work with both software and hardware.

NC State University Recreation Facility Assistant
Worked with patrons and managed equipment at NC State UREC in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities included checking
patrons into the gym and maintaining a pleasant and clean environment for patrons to exercise.

Lecture Assistant in the NCSU Mathematics Department
Worked with an Introduction to Finite Mathematics class as a Lecture Assistant at NC State in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities include taking attendance, holding office hours each week, grading assignments, and responding to
student queries.

Worked with the undergraduate biomathematics (UBM) program at NC State in Raleigh, NC. Each team consisted of 4
students 2 mathematics students and 2 biology students. Worked specifically as a mathematics student with the 3 other
students on the research project resulting in three papers, two of which were published.

Volunteered with the childrens program in Cary, NC to provide a safe and caring environment through activities and lessons.
