International-Academic Cooperation Agreement

Chinesische Schule Stuttgart e.V. (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and Wenzao

Ursuline University of Languages (hereinafter referred to as Party B) agree to
execute the Language Exchange Program, in order to advance the parties
cooperation relationship. The parties agree to the following:
Article 1 Cooperation Scope
With a mutual desire to promote Chinese and to build an internship environment
between Chinesische Schule Stuttgart e.V. and Graduate Institute of Teaching Chinese
as a Second Language, Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages signs this
Academic Cooperation Agreement.

Article 2
Party B appoints Dr. Christian Richter and Tsui-Yun Lin as the project leader for this
cooperation, and 4 university students (listed below) to serve as the course tutors.

Article 3 Cooperation Period

The cooperation period is from __November 20__, _2014__ to _ May 31_, _2015__.
During the event, the cooperation period may be prolonged by mutual consent of
Party A and Party B when both parties have a practical need to extend the cooperation
period.

Article 4 Cooperation Contents

4.1 Course Title: basic daily Chinese
4.2 Teaching Objectives: Students will learn basic daily Chinese and engage in
basic daily conversations with provided situations.
4.3 Course Target: students of Chinesische Schule Stuttgart e.V.
4.4 Student Number: each class should have about 4 students
4.5 Class Time: each period: 60 minutes

4.6 Classes Taught: __once_ a week (each time one period)

4.7 Course Contents: Pronunciation, common vocabulary, sentence patterns and
basic conversations in Chinese.
Article 5
The class will be conducted on the Skype platform installed by Party A & B.
Article 6
The teachers who have passed the interviews by both Party A and Party B and have
signed the contract will receive a formal contract in English.
Article 7
The tutors of Party B are entitled to the copyright of the class materials written and
complied by them, in order to protect their intellectual right.
This Agreement is not intended to be a legally binding document. It is meant to
describe the nature of and suggest the guidelines of such collaboration. Nothing,
therefore, shall diminish the full autonomy of collaboration institutions, nor will any
constraints be imposed by either party upon the other in carrying out this Agreement.
Party A shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred in this Study.
