Tuesday
Math
Arrays around the school
Students will split into groups in search of arrays that are naturally and unnaturally
(Teacher placed) found around the school.
The students will use the arrays to create their own 1, 2, 3, step word problems.

Science
The groups will meet together to continue working on their presentations. They
should begin filming something on this day.
The teacher will conference with the cameramen.

Reading/Writing
The students will fill in the section of what they learned in the KWL.
The teacher will make an expert list on the board will everything that has
been said. Discuss along the way.
The teacher will do a LEA using 1 topic from the board answering the
questions what, why, how, and what difference does it make. The
students will pick one topic to write about.
The students will write for 6 minutes.
Spelling does not count

Wednesday
Math
Students will continue to search the school for arrays and create word problems.

Reading
The students will write about the conclusions they can draw about their science
experiments. Teacher will begin with a guided writing and discussion about their
own science experiment. The students will write for 7 minutes.

Science
The students will continue working on their project presentations.
The groups will conference with the teacher for assistance in any area.

Thursday
Math
Have students create their own word problems using the arrays found
within the school.

Reading
Continue writing from Wednesday. Use read aloud to lead students to
making predictions and conclusions.
