The undersigned is requesting your good office to allow us to borrow a transport vehicle
(truck) to be used tomorrow, August 4 for our lipat bahay activity. We are seeking for
your help due to financial constraints as we could not afford to pay a private lipat bahay
truck. The said activity will take place tomorrow, around 8 AM.
We are transferring from 27 Lot 28 Block Dreamland, Signal Village to a new location at
Victoria Compound, St., Michael Taguig. We are depending on your support.

In behalf of the Nursing Assistant department, we are writing to you in reference to the
nursing assistant and caregiver students related learning experience affiliation for the 2 nd
Semester in the school year 2007-2008. Approximately, there are 60 students eligible to
attend the RLE for this coming semester. Pursuant to TESDAs requirements of an on the job
training for nursing schools, we prepared 420 hours of RLE in our partner institutions as
shown in the table below.
