This area includes but is not
limited to cities such as
Syracuse, Utica, Ithaca,
Elmira, Binghamton, and
Oneonta.
FOR NORTHEAST PA
This area includes but is not
limited to cities such as
Towanda, Montrose,
Scranton, and Wilkes-Barre.

Changes Since Last Briefing


Minor adjustments to snow and
ice amounts.
Precipitation moving in a little
faster than previously thought.

Impacts
This is expected to be a relatively minor
event.
The primary impact will be slippery
conditions on untreated
roads/sidewalks due to a wintry mix of
snow/sleet/freezing rain.
Only a light coating of snow and ice is
expected across the area with a
transition to rain tonight.
No power outages from icing expected.
