MacKenzie A (Alan) From: EEE Sent: ‘1 October 2013 21:23 To: Bus Bill Subject: bus consultation both as an individual and the Community Council (Milton, glasgow) that | am a member of agree with the finding of the bill that the major bus providers (first bus Glasgow, in particular} seem to be more profit driven and not interested in the needs of the communities that they serve and employ dubious tactics to receive public funding for routes that they have monopolised by putting more buses on then removing them as soon as other operators withdraw, the public transport should be made public once more.
