Additional Comments:
Kristina has done a great job this semester really coming into her own as a teacher. She is confident
and students enjoy being in her class. Students are engaged in learning and are excited to be in her
classroom. She thinks critically about her practice and is always seeking ways she might improve
engagement and the level of student understanding. She is very perceptive regarding what works and
what doesnt and believes it is really important to address this within her practice as a teacher. Kristina
is ready for her own classroom! It is also clear that Kristina has a good sense of her students.
