Ask students to find a news article from a reputable online


source related to applicable material at the beginning of each
unit. Students can read this article and point out the key topic
and perspectives, as well as formulate their own opinions.
Have students conduct research and apply their understanding
to complete performance-based assessment projects.
Share videos that relate the material to real-life examples.
Attend PD sessions that inform about new technologies and the
integration of technology in the classroom.
Research new technologies and evaluate their effectivenesss in
enhancing learning.
