All in order of the legislatures will be powered by Bicameral

Chambers. These Chambers will be held in equal representation.
The House of representatives will have held with four hundred
thirty 5 members, as for the Senators each state will only be allowed
two senators.
House of Representatives structure:
Will be chosen every two years and can even run for re-election
since there are no term limits. They will be elected by citizens who are
eligible to vote. No representative should be younger than twenty five
years, or be a citizen for less than seven years. A representative shall be
an inhabitant from the district they are elected from.
Senator structure:
Senators are allowed to run every six years, with one third being elected
each election cycle. There shall be no term limits for the senator, he or
she is welcome to run as many terms as desired. Citizens eligible to vote
shall elect the senator they trust to make decisions for them. No senator
shall be younger than thirty years or be a citizen for less than nine
years. A senator must live on the state they represent.
Powers:
The House of Representatives has the power of impeaching the
president, while the Unified Alliances senate has the sole power to try
all impeachments. The removal of impeached officials is automatic upon
conviction of the Senate. They both have the power to regulate
commerce with foreign states, and among the states of Unified Alliances.
Both chambers are granted the power of taxation where as they are to
levy taxes, pay the debts and provide common defense.
How a bill becomes a law:

Any citizen from the Unified Alliances can propose a bill of their desire
however it can only be introduced by a member of congress where he or
she is to read aloud the bill. The speaker of the house will send the bill
to a committee where they will examine and consider its causes and
effects as if it were to be passed. The house will then debate the bill and
may add amendments if desired. If majority rules passing the bill it is
then introduced to the senate. The senate will repeat the same process
as the House of Representatives, if majority rules, the senate will debate
the bill and adjust it. Once theyve completed adjustments to the bill
they must send back the bill to the House of Representatives to approve
the changes, If they were to disagree with the adjustments both
chambers are to work out a compromise. Once both chambers approve
the bill the bill will proceed to the president. The president of Unified
Alliances has the power to deny the bill (Veto) or approve the bill by
signing it. If signed, the bill automatically becomes a law. If vetoed, twothirds of both houses can override the bill and make it a law.
