Staging Rehearsal

The band and chorus students performing in the Winter Concert will have a staging
rehearsal on Wednesday, December 17th, at the Leland and Gray High School
gymnasium.
The chorus students will meet Mrs Ullman at 3:30 pm in the music room on Level D to
warm up, line up and rehearse their songs. Band students will meet with Mr. McKinney
in the gymnasium. Carpooling is encouraged. Dover students will not join us for the
staging rehearsal, they should arrive at 6:30 pm to learn where to sit and set up your
equipment.
3-3:30 Cadet Band
3:30-4 District Band
4-4:30 Chorus
4:30-5 Jazz Band
Please pick your child up promptly following their rehearsal time.
The concert is scheduled for Wednesday, December 17th, at 7pm, in the Leland and
Gray gymnasium. The performance will last about one hour. Please stay for the entire
performance.
Band and Chorus students should wear black or navy pants/white tops for the concert.
