as Towanda, Montrose,
Scranton, and WilkesBarre.

Changes Since Last Briefing


Increased ice amounts.
Slowed changeover to snow.

Impacts
Dangerous travel conditions today
due to ice.
Snow covered roads tonight through
Wednesday night.
Winds will increase from the North
and Northwest 10 to 20 mph with
gusts to 30 mph late Tuesday night
and Wednesday.
Scattered power outages due to
weight of snow (wet snow).
