Good

Most got excited about the harmonica

Reinforced my expectations with using Marlo to talk
Had them show me what listening looked/sounded like
Thought on my feet for how to alter my attention getter to their
abilities
To improve
Harmonica may have been too loud for Nicky
I had an attention getter planned but didnt remember it in the
moment, froze and made something up
Could have tested volume of dance video earlier
Could have prepared the Ks for the scary green monster in video
I have ultimately been humbled. I rely on my ability to entertain and really
want to strengthen my management skills. I now would have
used the hands open hands closed to get attention, continue
opening and closing until everyone is following and quiet
used my drum roll idea until everyone joins in then hands up in the
air to stop
reviewed dance video prior, selected a kindergarten friendly video,
prepared them ahead of time for the green monster.
