As part of this years intramural celebration on December 1-5, the sports committee would
like to present this years proposal for its budget and assigned committee. It is on this note
that we are informing your office in the hope of getting your support for our activity.
There will be nine sports consisting of 166 players. They will be representing our College
for this years intramural celebration.
In order to make this event successful, we humbly ask that this event be approved. Moreover,
your presence during the said activities will be greatly appreciated. Please do not hesitate to
