Incidents involving prominent personalities, such as:
Elected and appointed national and local government officials down to
barangay level;
Foreign nationals, diplomats (ambassadors, consuls, attachs, other embassy
officials), tourists and balikbayans;
Religious leaders (priest, nuns, imams, pastors, etc); and,
Other personalities whose involvement in incidents may result to
controversies or publicity.

Incidents involving national security, such as:
Attacks on cities, towns, barangays and other populated areas;
Attacks or raids on military and police installations;
Raids, harassments and ambuscades of military troops and police personnel;
Liquidations of government officials, military and police personnel;
Encounters with dissident terrorists, syndicates and organized crime groups;
Terrorist related incidents such as hijacking, hostage-taking, kidnapping,
burning, etc.;
Bombing and explosions; and,
Mass Actions.

Jail breaks, escape of prisoners/detainees, and jail/prison riots;
4.
Arson cases and structural fires affecting two (2) or more families or with an estimated damage of Php 500,000.00 or more;
5.
Heinous crimes (murder, homicide, rape, drug or kidnapping cases) involving
prominent personalities; arrest/neutralization of wanted persons; rescue of kidnap or abduction victim/s; and recovery of contrabands;
6.
Robbery, hold-up, hijacking, carnapping, etc. perpetrated by syndicated crime
groups;
7.
Election-related violent incidents (ERVIs);
8.
Natural disasters/calamities and its related activities (such as evacuation, search
and rescue, relief operation, etc.); Man-made disasters (such as stampede, collisions, commotions, etc.);
9.
Surrender of wanted persons, those included in the OB watchlist and members of
threat groups; the surrenders, recovery, confiscation and apprehension of illegal firearms; and the accounting of loose firearms; and
10.
Land, water or air mishaps.

All murder cases;
Any incident involving VIPs or elected officials; Major robbery incidents; Accomplishments with recovered firearms or illegal drugs; and
