Using the feedback from your class and instructor, please answer the following at the completion of your
lesson:
What worked well during my lesson? (2 pts) Using the tennis ball to toss to the student worked well because it
mimicked the way you catch a Frisbee. The cone drill worked well for agility, and having them do the drills on
the same surface they would play on helped prepare them and prevent injuries.
What didnt work well? (2 pts) having two groups didnt work the best because I couldnt give each
student the individual attention they deserve. It hindered my ability to correct form.
What could I do differently next time to make my lesson more successful? (6 pts) next time I would make it just
one group so I could correct mistakes and help each student. I would also demonstrate the drills first so that they
could have a better understanding for what I expected.
