Notable Accomplishments
While engineering and constructing the air separation unit the P&ID's were in poor format and
unusable. Using AutoCAD I revamped the existing drawings and created new drawings for an expansion
unit that was being installed as well. Consolidating all P&ID's into one professional set that complied
with ISA standards and dramatically increased productivity, review and future project implementation.
Using AutoCAD I created various operator training aids explaining how the process system functioned.

Notable Accomplishments
Instrumental in removing the old GM proving grounds in Mesa, AZ. Operating a field service
truck running a night shift of 3 mechanics we ensured all equipment was up and running for day shift,
earning the owners a bonus for early job completion of demolition phase.

Hunt refining.

Worked with foreman multiple times daily to deliver up to date drawings and ensure accuracy.

Created a project wide tracking system to keep the client up to date on completion status to include
multiple visual aids.
Conducted bi-weekly meetings with client updating project completion status.
Created and maintained project line/tie-in/instrumentation/equipment lists.
Checked ISOs against P&IDs to ensure accuracy.
Notable Accomplishments
Our team recovered the spiraling project by quarantining all drawings, taking control of and
revamping line, instrument, equipment and tie-in lists, taking authority of document control; personally
walking down the entire unit to straighten out drawings and ensuring proper tie-in placement and P&ID
accuracy.

During this period Empire Caterpillar had the fastest growing territory for 8yrs straight. During
my employ we managed to reach the top ten Caterpillar dealers worldwide.

Served in the United States Air Force as a heavy equipment technician in support of Operation
Enduring Freedom at Charleston AFB, SC.
Maintained and repaired cargo loading equipment.
25k, 40k & 60k loaders.
4k, 10k, 25k and 50k forklifts.
Articulated loaders and personnel carriers.
Notable Accomplishments
Our small team of mechanics received the award of "Best maintenance unit in the Air force" for
the year of 2003 for our contribution to Enduring Freedom. The 437th Air Lift Wing was also awarded
the Outstanding Unit Award during this time.
