Comments: Wyatt still needs to bring more energy when instructing. I don't believe that this will hinder his
teaching but it is something that he needs to be aware of. He is great at providing feedback but needs
continue on positive talk to the entire class throughout the entire period. Wyatt's strength is his lesson
planning and being prepared. He is always walking around and checking in on individuals or groups, which
allows him to provide feedback. I feel like he has a great work ethic to become a great teacher.

Comments: Wyatt has done an outstanding time on his classroom management. He is very firm and fair when
dealing with students. I felt from the first day he walked into MHHS, he had control of his classroom. Wyatt
also did well assessing his students. He had a rubric that he used daily for P.E. that was assessing student's
participation, attitude and effort. He wrote two outstanding unit tests for PE. He kept his marks up to date and
was very fair when making his assessments.

Comments (Professional Attributes and Responsibilities): Wyatt has grown as a student teacher over his time at
MHHS. He started off shy and uncomfortable but has become outgoing and confident. He has a great sense of
humor but understands what it takes to be professional at all times. Wyatt always presents himself in such a
professional manner. He is wise beyond his years.
SUMMARY:
Areas for further growth: Wyatt needs to work on his different teaching strategies. He has done a
great job but would become a better teacher if he tried new things. He needs to expand on some
new ideas on how to get his students to be engaged on him as the teacher. Things like attention
getters or ice breaker games will captivate his class. He needs to be unpredictable so the students
don't get bored. He has done a great iob and will continue to do a great job in the future.
Overall comments (Strongest aspects of student's performance): Wyatt is a great at planning and
preparing lesson and unit plans. This is because Wyatt has such a great work ethic. He has such a
positive attitude and a great sense of humor. This allows him to connect to the students. He is a true
professional and will be a very successful teacher because of his personality and work ethic.
