Without a definition of aims for the human being, it is impossible to deal with being,
society, the economy and the correlating scientific disciplines.
This aim, which I formulate now, is a prerequisite for all my other thoughts and therefore this thesis:
"With all our strength and our capability we desire a society for all people
around the world, with the property of peace, justice and prosperity prosperity in the sense of satisfaction* -, where prosperity must not endanger
the earth's resources sustainable.

Every 5 seconds a child dies under 10, which is a daily mass murder (Jean Ziegler).
See TP10 World Hunger (at TP Topic Points for New World Economy System).
Parenthesis, dated 10/14/2013, in my opinion especially important:

Weltweit hungern 842 Millionen Menschen
I quote President Joachim Gauck from this article from 10/14/2013:
"On the occasion of "World Hunger Relief Week," which began this Sunday, and
President Joachim Gauck had warned, keeping up the fight against hunger in the
world. "Still today dies every ten seconds a child under five years," he said in a speech
that was broadcast on television."
Note:
Every ten seconds a child under five years results in 3.2 million deaths a year.
Every 5 seconds a child under 10 years (according to Jean Ziegler, see Preface) results
in 6.4 million deaths a year.

The enslavement is also increasingly within the countries themselves, the capital produces
modern slavery, and there are the workers of today, which is the largest part of the population.
Although every effort has been unable to make the world better not even in the so-called rich
countries, whose condition deteriorated further at this time.
This includes Germany.
It is enough to look at the 4th Poverty - and Wealth report, whether in original form or in a modified
form (form of government).
See TP09 Poverty - and wealth report

We need a new way to fundamentally change the current problems in the world.
That is the meaning of this work.
It has created a simple and fair system of economy and society worldwide.
A simple system is to design still complicated enough.
This situation requested a new global economic system, the time is overdue.
This requires an appropriate or practical social system. This implication is also true the other

way around, at least for the fundamental elements of the systems. The causal chain of this
equivalence system start of each system to the other system, and vice versa. Therefore, the
elements must be chosen carefully, so that creates a functioning, non-contradictory whole
system.
Since I have the whole system in mind, I can start with the social system, I also prefer because
its relevance is greater.
Yes, I am looking for a sustainable overall system.
The current system, mostly from yesterday, makes itself an absurdity, at present, unfortunately,
with the above-mentioned misery, but even in my own country I get the cold grisliness when I
watch our states.
Introduction
People in a country want and need to work, according to their abilities (ability here a Kantian term,
you can also say knowledge, or better capabilities), otherwise they get sick and unhappy.
This also applies to people with below-average intelligence (* See description)3 to intelligence on page
50). This means we have to pay a decent wage to these people.
Furthermore, Kant's categorical imperative gives us an instruction to transition to intellectual
disabilities and how to deal with intellectual disability, if we have a problem, this does not derive from
human rights.
So there are no misunderstandings about the demand for decent wages, this includes the need for
hard work to gaining capabilities.
This hard work is the top priority of the pastimes.
Thus, something must change for many people, because the requirement applies to all.
Capabilities in this context means skills for working, social skills, skills for the economy, skills for the
labor market, to work hard for more skills.
The education that no longer exist in the Kantian sense, to a large extent, must be re-obtained.
See the links under Chapter A Beantwortung der Frage: Was ist Aufklrung?
up to Universittsbibliothek Bielefeld - digitale Medien Berlinische Monatsschrift
Through education and training and learning, therefore, increases the intelligence (* See description)3
to intelligence on page 50), the ability (Kantian term). It's in the spirit of Kant, that intellectual capital

(Kantian term) is increased and this also needs to be increased, through their own work and by
teachers (those more knowledgeable, not only teachers in schools) ((categorical imperative)) 1.

I am not a philosopher, and I have not studied philosophy.
But I admire the Kantian philosophy, because I think that Kant's philosophy is to be understood by
most people, when they want it.
In all probability, they will act in the future social.
A new world economic system as I see requires a fundamentally social behavior in all social classes.
I mean, would you transfer the formulations of Kant to the present, there is the same meaning.
The two theorems implicitly exist under the current social context in EU countries and
comparable countries.
I am thinking only of the educational mission of governments.
Unfortunately, I must determine how former minister (Minister a. D., in German)
Dr. Heiner Geissler, that the "not self-inflicted inability" must be eliminated.
This includes a behavior code of politicians, persons of public law (Legal persons), people in
institutions and organizations for the social society, which are without complaint, in relation to
truth and exemplary behavior.

Only with great difficulty I am writing because bitterness and disgust seized me, when I look at large
areas of policy, first in this country, in the EU, but also in many other countries.
Almost every day the media report about misconduct, corrupt and criminal behavior of people in
politics, public offices, positions, which account must demonstrate to the social society. The increase
in impudence, lies and arrogance is no longer to describe.
They destroy morals, ethics and democracy.
The sentence, if there is one, often contrary to good morals.
However, it's about the here and now, and this determines the tomorrow and beyond.
That's why I force myself to write more.
Any politician who violates the rules, he must be forever excluded for such activities.
"Truth and Politics" must be a subject of discussion (see my essay on this subject).

In this highly complex world, the selection of politicians has to be completely different from
the present.
Best knowledge and efficiency in their future operating area must be ensured.
An approximately 10 year-long activity is required for the ability to work in the areas of future policy.
The decision to create the conditions for election as a politician, there must be a way so that no
professional or financial disadvantages occur.
An independent commission or council confirmed this ability for election as politicians.
Only then can he or she be elected in a democratic election. The work for the good of the people must
be paid very well. Windbag and demagogues can now do no harm.
In the Kantian sense those are addressed with the highest skills.
This parenthesis on 08/10/2013, I realize that I have described this deficit before is now noticed,
and a very remarkable newspaper article is the result.
Politics querulousness
Many voters are disappointed with the political staff. Intellectuals advocating the election
boycott. That he is susceptible to this idea, admits Alexander Schwabe.
Of course, voting is a civic duty. Of course, democracy is the formulation of trade-offs and not getting
ideas in their pure form. Of course, politicians are not omnipotent people. And yes, it is wrong to think
that this election battle completely free of politics, after all, it's about regulation, minimum wage, rental
pricing structure, Tax policy, energy policy, defense exports, care benefits, and so on.
And yet dullness comes up, choose to go in September. Lethargokratie, the philosopher Peter
Sloterdijk diagnosed. In the political feuilleton texts are to be read, which justify the boycott, without
the authors would see themselves as anti-democrats:

We are at a point of horror, fright about the discrepancy between the importance of truly great political
issues and noting the policy is incapable of these requirements.
Example One: The euro crisis continues to smolder, even if it is not currently being addressed by the
policy makers, for electoral reasons, which leads to the frustration. Because hushing does not remove
the underlying fear that the euro and the prosperity of many are in danger and also social peace. Too
many questions remain unanswered. Could it be that the centrist Germany's European policy of the
Federal Chancellor Germany provides only short-term benefits, but long-term results in harm to the
whole Europe? What if Europe falls apart and further marginalized? Now, the markets are now
restrained that speculators can no longer bring economies to the brink of collapse and tax payers pay
for their risky business? The impression is that the policy has not done enough to dispel these existing
fears and qualms. The Chancellor himself has even increased with its dictum of the marketconforming democracy. The financial industry seems powerful, the policy is apparently powerless.
Example two: First, the NSA affair clearly shows the general public how great the dangers of an
entirely digital world can be. The scandal has not worked so far, neither politically nor legally or
economically. In addition there are social and anthropological questions: What are the consequences
for the people through the mass levies of data by intelligence services and their partnerships with
Internet companies? Has begun the end of the private sphere and the debasement of the subject?
Dissolves the sovereignty of the individual, not only because it can be totally monitored in the future,
but because it will be determined, not by what it is, but by how network data determine it? Is man only
a transparent shell, formed by algorithms? Politicians have no answers to existential questions. The
intelligence and the Big-data industry seem powerful, the policy not only powerless, much worse:
clueless.
Shaken confidence and despair
It depresses the disposition of man, to have to watch this helplessness. Having to watch especially
those elected officials whose job it is and appeal to "shaping the future" and to work on the
"development of political will and political opinion". Presumably it is not intellectual arrogance or the
urge to break taboos when journalists write essay, which keeps them out of the election. It is rather a
change in hopelessness and despair in the face of the immense problems and the failure of the

political elite.
In addition, there has been a serious breach of trust. Who does not know its own citizens to protect
themselves, possibly to be spied, but the care duty of the state abused or neglected has only who
deserves no further sign of confidence. There is no evidence that the opposition acted more effective.
There are also other frustrating factors. This should not be underestimated, because in addition to
knowledge, reason and responsibility are also pleasure and dullness drives to the actions or refusal.
Kurt Kister of the Sddeutsche Zeitung, has recently written about the "Gesummse unter der Berliner
Kseglocke" ("buzz among the Berlin cheese-hood"). He distinguished between the real world and the
world of politicians, which is decoupled from it. Thus there is a suspicion that the inhabitants of the
cheese-hood policy confused with the real politics. How disgusting for the audience: the permanent
confrontation with the staging of politics, especially in talk shows, and not with real politics, namely the
design of the real world (see Stuttgart 21), destroyed his interest.
The latest example: an interview of TV journalist Sandra Maischberger with the chancellor candidates.
The efforts of the TV journalist was only to hear from him that he himself no longer believe in its
success, it was about what Steinbrueck thinks about Steinbrueck, not concepts which he has for the
solution of problems. Such a journalism causes only that politics revolves around itself and loses its
relevance and charismatic. Journalistic ambition can be as meaningless as the phrases of those who
respond.
Factual constraints throw overboard
There is another point, which can take away a political interest. It is the talk of "no alternative" of
concrete decisions. This is the de-politicization of politics. The opposition has often voted on key
issues with the government and is thus de facto jumped on the "no alternative" - phrase, although it
has distanced them verbally. If "no alternative - phrase" replaces the battle of ideas, the technocrats
prevail over the political visionaries, the attraction decreases.
How are different, shows the new pope. He must not wear out in the mills of democracy, but this could
become entangled in the power struggles of the cliques in the Curia. But the man arouses the Vatican
with his unconventional style, he belie with "no alternative - phrase". He does not rotate around itself,
but leaves the cheese-hood. He does not add to the ceremonial, the traditional structures and
expectations, briefly the factual constraints, but it overthrows and instead places the simple, essential

truths and values of his religion, about to turn to the weak, in the foreground and beyond, as far as you
can see, this man will meet their own requirements. The sympathy which he gets for it is great on its
own clientele beyond.
The top staff of the parties is unable to protect the citizens. About the consequences of speculators or
attack on its private-sphere. They do not succeed, that he might have the feeling that there is a clear
idea of what rules have to apply in the future. Either lack the political compass, or lack of will and
courage to implement the right knowledge.
It would be good if the politicians would refocus on the spiritual foundations of their tradition.
Then again they can clearly articulate their principles, instead to look mainly on surveys and prebend,
or getting lost in details or pragmatism. They might then be able to strong drafts, as it was once the
East policy (SPD), the German unit (CDU), the anti-nuclear policy and disarmament policy (Green).
Designs that could revive a society and encourage voters to choose easier.
I think it is the state of "to be satisfied")2, which the majority of the population, more and more
missing.
What is " to be satisfied"?
"To be satisfied" means satisfied to the outside as well as inside, both belong together.
If satisfaction is missing on the outside, is the inward satisfaction, and the satisfaction of the individual,
in other words, of the citizen, not possible in a society.
In this global world, global in terms of limitations of the world, I think satisfaction to the outside is not
limited to the national borders of the state in which we live.
It hurts when we find that the largest part of humanity inhuman is treated as never before.
The verses of Schiller's bell could now only be:
If not we free the people
Welfare can then thrive with us
Verses 352 and 353

Satisfaction, according to the dictionary meaning of the Duden:
a) to be balanced internally and to require nothing more than you have;
b) with the given conditions, benefits or similar agree, to have nothing to complain about.
Adjectival one is satisfied (with about themselves and the world).
According to Wikipedia, and Duden, 2013
I use the outward satisfaction in terms ... "and the world", see this explanation.

I get the idea that the positive occupied phrase "knowledge is power" should be changed to
"unknowledge is power".
In an underdeveloped democracy the people without knowledge can be manipulated better and ask no
questions, there is no impeachment.
An underdeveloped democracy is very similar to a feudal system, which abolished by the
Enlightenment, and now a political feudal system comes not only through the back door, even at
present by the normal door in my opinion.
It cannot be the intention of reason, that a school system of Prussia created 200 years ago,
which had the purpose that a subject in a Prussian uniform could not read the tables for the angle of
the gun, when the officer was shot away, for these highly complex world today in the form of a
secondary school (another name for elementary school) the requirements and basic needs generated
for the people and for society.
I mean, for all is a school until graduation (in German Abitur) necessary.
With different abilities (Kantian term), different intelligence (* See description)3 to intelligence on page
50), this is only successful by different classes according to the requirements.
A more or less large difference in quality is not critical.
If we consider Kant, the differences at the same time or at a later time will be more and more reduced.
That a new world economic system must be environmentally highly, in my opinion is clear.
In most countries, you can see a consensus both in the problem description as the goal.
The implementation is the new problem.
From my perspective, there will be, on the implementation, not an acceptable solution, if the elements
of resource conservation, consumption limitation and deceleration of technological development are
not present.
These terms need to be defined by consensus and universal.
It is almost logical that you cannot solve these problems with turbo-capitalism.

Better development of poor countries, or rather, general development of poor nations needs a
new global economic system.
There is now called rich countries which impoverish.
A migration of the poverty rolls forward to the EU (for years the Mediterranean Drama),
even within the EU as a recent example, the influx of Sinti and Roma from the Balkans
(Member States and candidate countries).
It is necessary to change the production for the needs of national economies in:
Production in the internal market as much as possible, imports as little as possible.
The "Monopoly Game" (the bad variant, in my view, refers to the game) can possibly be a long time

If I assume not the governments that these countries are to remain in the Stone Age,
then I guess incompetence and ignorance.
The vocabulary is very limited with regard to professions, nurse, cleaner, cashier, bricklayer, roofer,
baker, more or less, some more.
That the German wall was built because too many tool makers left the GDR is obviously
not known.
I doubt if our politicians know what a toolmaker (the job titles are changed by the polity again,
unfortunately).
It may not be true in the sense of reason, that we build a school system, partly to vocational training,
but not trained toolmaker.
Thus, they do not know how to produce industrial goods.
These countries - including some European countries - they need to learn to produce in their
country, most of its consumer goods and a large part of their capital goods,
especially for agriculture.
Within 10 years, half the population would work.
If we take another 10 years for the education system and the industrial training system, this includes
the creation of startup companies; one could make an example in 20 years.
Prerequisite is a country without inner conflict.
Such a project can make the Federal Republic of Germany, with skills and financially,
but only with the help of international institutions to help finance.
The prerequisite for this is that governments which provide development aid want this,
and I've already formulated:
E) Reduction of globalization for various reasons
and
Better development of poor countries, or rather, general development of poor nations need a
new global economic system.
There is now called rich countries which impoverish.

You can change the textile production immediately. This production belongs back in each
country, with a few exceptions.
If you think, you will find even more such products of globalization.
Many of them not only poison the society, but also the slave of production and the consumer.
It would make more sense to wrap the sandblasted jeans with images of stone lungs (asbestosis) of
workers in Bangladesh and India, as to print on cigarette packs with pictures of abuse consumers.
Diamonds, most of which are blood diamonds, also in packages with pictures on their extraction
and the wars have to be done with this money. No, more, much more, because diamonds as jewelry
must be written to a ban list.
So there would be many, many examples in this perverse world under the heading globalization.
Sometimes I think alcohol checks for politicians in the service would be very useful.
Now there are probably objections in the way the world has never been so closely linked, that's
positive, or, it is better that these poorest ever have work than no work, or,
which will develop itself for the better.
I have already written that sufficient globalization must remain. This only points:
resources, climate and stop the overpopulation and secure food supply.
But since this, particularly in the last twenty years, total and unbridled capitalist globalization exists,
without enough rules, or the inability to enforce the observance of rules,
the poor get poorer, the rich get richer, and the war actions are increasing.
Incidentally, the term neoliberalism for this evil, it is also characteristic that we are either
unable or unwilling to construct correct terms that correspond to reality.
Like I said, it's a matter of looking at whether it is a problem or whether it is not a problem.
I am reminded of the argument that not everything was bad, what the Nazis created.
Highways, more appreciation of families with children, but anyone could have known it,
it served only the megalomania and the war mania for a not so small part of devilish people.
After fifteen years nobody wanted to have noticed anything.
At a very early stage begins the "banality of evil" in order to identify with the words
of Hannah Arendt.
See Wikipedia:

Obviously the (Note: to date) "so highly praised" German humanist education could not

You might think that has been deliberately changed by the "wise men of today"
because they no longer wanted to see the term "externality" or because the "wise men of today" itself
already are prisoners of the conditions I have described above.
However, you can be guided by the Bible of Catholics:

It is better, we use the King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.):
The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
It comes to no end with the description of more and more social decomposition,
no one comes to the end with the description of the increasing injustice,
no one comes to the end with the description of the increasing evil,

I quote from a FOCUS - articles, with my note, that you do not understand it, because it is difficult to

FOCUS Online 1996-2013
Altersarmut

Riexinger.
However, one does not need this newspaper article and the request to the federal government,
because everyone mediocre formed can calculate yourself the insolence of governments:
Viewing 2000 - 2012 West:
Pension point value of 48.58 DM = 24.84 risen to 28.07 ,
results in an index value of 28.07 / 24.84 = 1.13
Harmonized consumer price index rose from 91.8 to 114.8
results in an index value of 114.8 / 91.8 = 1.25
The results of my calculations, a real loss of value from 1.25 - 1.13 = 12%
That's a real reduction of pensions by 12% in the last 12 years.
Salaries and wages for skilled workers, foremen, technicians and engineers are probably
increased by an average of about 3.5% in 2012. Metal and electrical industry 4.3% increased
from 1 May 2012. In the diagram, the Federal Statistical Office in the areas of metal, research
and development can also be seen for the period 2011 - 2012 about 3.5%.
However, after enlargement of the diagram, and then accurate reading on the Y - axis

The increase of pensions, so the current pension value - concerns as I said, the professionals
also - increased by 0.25% in the West, "because wages have risen so low in the west," is the
representation of ARD and ZDF in the news.
My wage development and wage developments by many other people was 3,500 to 5,500
from 2000 to 2009. I suppose the value of 5,500 for the year 2012.
This results in an index value of 5,500 / 3,500 = 1.57
Harmonized index of consumer prices - as written above - increased from 91.8 to 114.8
results in an index value of 114.8 / 91.8 = 1.25
This would result in a real increase in value from 1.57 to 1.25 = 32% according to my
calculations. So it would also be correct.

Very bad is it when you have 3 children educated, 2 of these children have very high payments
to make to the pension system. For this, my wife is handled with 3 miserable pension points.
After re-entering the workforce as a medical assistant in 1994, her gross income is just above
immorality, without a single wage increase to the present day, in the same doctor's office.
Since my wife before marriage in a "big office" in North Rhine Westphalia (the size is an
additional prestige status in NRW, as I found out), worked in a tax office, soon they would have,
if they had not had children and continued to work there, would have made a good life,
probably a higher pension than the 55% widow's pension plus their own ridiculous pension.
You get into a financial bottleneck, not lightheaded, you cannot afford condo.
The result is that you have to pay the outrageously high interest rates even outrageous sums
of tax for decades, even if you have 3 children.
Educates you 3 children, you pay the study of a child himself, because one is an engineer, who
has a little more income. You cannot save money for old age.
Of course I know the monster of pension adjustment formula, with arbitrary Riester factor and
a sustainability factor (from July 2005).
That there is absolutely no protection clause of the pension entitlements for my cohorts and

also for some of the previous and subsequent cohorts, it is beyond anything a normal person
can imagine.
In my view, these are arbitrary actions for a generation, which made it possible to give birth in
a rich country, the much younger Generation, and it is unfortunately the case that many of this
generation not much of it has today, because the excess enrichment of many in politics and
business, and some groups of people the citizens steals that wealth.
"I tell you, take away the money from the mundane civil servants pension, take away the
money from the mundane politicians pension", especially in those who do not have 1.05
children. "With regard to children, established a system of bonus and malus", starting
of 2.1 / 2 = 1.05 children per person.
I say this government for about 15 years and longer, but definitely from Hartz I, valid from
1 January 2003 and from the monster of pension adjustment formula, with arbitrary Riester
factor and a sustainability factor (from July 2005), they steal our money, they push into the
poverty me and others. This is fraud and injustice.
In my view, this state violates the principle of equality and also against the principle of
comparativeness
These scammers in the policy should apply this principle in their officials and himself, in the
way that they are integrated into the general pension insurance and their pension is
recalculated.
The rising mega debt problem of countries in West Germany because of the excessive pension
costs of civil servants would thus solved.
As already mentioned, it is also the professionals, skilled workers, foremen, technicians and
engineers who contribute to the general pension insurance.
Probably, most of them do not know this.

Ultimately, this is true for most people who are in the general pension insurance.
What impact has the revenge and anger, when all notice these conditions, everyone can ask

a 69 years old man from Husby six days before, which with a machete
was armed, and was shot by the police in self-defense. After this incident, the police were
action against protesting youths, with "unjustified violence", said the organization megaphones,
which takes care of the socially disadvantaged in the suburbs. The police had expressed racist insults
like "nigger" and threatened passersby who wanted to de-escalate.
These allegations will now be clarified.
In the following nights were more riots, several hundred partially masked people moved rampaged
through the streets, set fire to cars and garbage cans, and pelted police with stones.
A school and a police station went up in flames. Meanwhile, the violence has spread not only to other
ethnic colorful parts of town as Jacob Mountain in the northwest and Vrberg, Skrholmen and
Norsborg. Also in Malmo burned three cars at night to Thursday. The situation is aggravated by
"scandal tourists": Youth gangs have fun at the riots and they heat up additionally.
Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt has called for calm on Wednesday. To ignite the car of a neighbor is
not an expression of free speech, but "hooliganism". Sweden is a country that is receiving large
groups of people from other states. "And I'm proud of it." He appealed to all citizens to get involved
and to take responsibility.
In fact, the situation has calmed down slightly, at least in Husby, where groups of parents
and other organizations are trying to de-escalate the conflict on the road. The participation of adult
men is "dampening" said a police spokesman, the Svenska Dagbladet. The police have also changed
their tactics, they are now working with de-escalation. Several dozen rioters were arrested, on average
they are 20 years old, some rioters are even only twelve.
The residential blocks in Husby and other problem areas usually evolved in the course of the
"million program" with which the government from 1965 affordable wanted to create housing for all.
The Swedes moved out soon, two-thirds of the residents are now foreign origin. In contrast to
Denmark, which almost closed the border for poverty immigrants in recent years, Sweden still takes a
lot of refugees from civil war countries such as Syria and Iraq. But the country is struggling with the
integration of people, which with the egalitarian values and the complicated standards of Scandinavian
society often cannot do anything, and this all the more when they have no job.
2011 were registered as unemployed, according to the statistics office 16.5 percent of immigrants
compared to 5.7 percent of Swedish-born immigrants.
Anger and hopelessness resulted repeatedly in riots: Back in 2008 had burned in Rosengard district in

Today's initiatives aim to achieve efficient and fair procedures and to ensure
adequate and comparable reception conditions throughout the EU.
- make implementation easier for Member States, in particular when dealing with
a large number of simultaneous asylum claims. Rules have been revised as
regards access to the asylum procedure, the conduct of personal interviews,
and concerning the maximum duration of asylum procedures (a general time
limit of six months for completing procedures at first instance remains a central
objective of the proposal).
- better address potential abuse. New rules provide that Member States may
accelerate procedures and examine at the border claims that are clearly
unconvincing or made by applicants who pose a danger to national security or
public order.
- increase the quality of decision-making at first instance, through more practical
measures to help an applicant understand the procedure, or by providing
appropriate training to the personnel examining and making decisions on
applications.

There, the asylum seekers would sometimes physically abused, and immobilized with sedatives.
Same practices and high standards
Member States shall evaluate the situation completely differently in third countries, for example.
Asylum seekers should be deported to a safe third country immediately, it must not be in an unsafe

Libya until very late as unsafe third country. "A refugee should not have to consider in which EU
country he should flee getting asylum. We need all the same criteria. The important thing is that we
have consistently high standards. An asylum system by medieval standards does not help anyone",
said Green MEP Ska Keller.
German blockade
After being negotiated on the asylum package for years, it is now to be launched in 2012.
The Danish Presidency will present a roadmap in April. However, there are still many hurdles to
overcome, to the Common European Asylum System is actually enforced. "The Council blocked the
asylum package for many years. Federal Government Germany is one of the main blocker and
completely destructive", Keller said.
The federal government Germany requires that a majority of the decisions in asylum policies continue
to be taken at the level of member states, added the FDP deputy Hirsch.
Dublin II
The CSU MEP, Monika Hohlmeier welcomes Interior Minister Hans-Peter Friedrich, also CSU wants
to stick to the Dublin II Regulation. This states that asylum seekers can be sent back to the member
country through the boundaries they first entered the EU soil. "Asylum seekers might otherwise
improperly try to move from one country to another, to strict an asylum procedure in each member
state, as long as possible in order to remain in the EU, even if they are not persecuted asylum
seekers", said Hohlmeier.
For Greece, the Dublin II regulation is currently suspended because no decent conditions for asylumseekers can be guaranteed at the Greek-Turkish border. The member states are therefore currently
not send asylum seekers back to Greece.
Position of the German Interior Ministry
The German Interior Ministry also requests that an asylum seeker cannot start work before the end of
twelve months, and that too only after verifying whether a German or EU citizen has been interested in
this job, it was said in EU circles. Germany also seems to want to enforce that asylum seekers do not
receive the same benefits as the German citizens. This is contrary to the proposal of the EU
Commission, which requires that asylum seekers should receive the same financial support as a
Hartz IV recipients. "We need to provide asylum seekers humane conditions.
But that does not mean that they can expect a completely carefree package", said Hohlmeier.

As part of the asylum package should also be agreed that the asylum procedure are discussed
quickly.
"It cannot be that it sometimes takes up to two years until the decision is made for an asylum
application. This is an unacceptable situation", said Hirsch. EU parliamentarian hopes that the
positions of the German Ministry of the Interior does not receive a majority, otherwise are different
rules in the EU again. Non-unified solutions to a common asylum package are nonsense.
The Green MEP Keller is also critical to the German negotiating position: "Germany wants asylum
legislation in the lowest possible standards, so people here do not feel comfortable, so very few
people come to us", Keller said.
Whether the asylum package, as planned, even 2012 is achieved is uncertain. "2012 is a very
ambitious goal. I'm pretty sure that the package will at least go into the next presidency", said Hirsch.
If it were possible to adopt the asylum package, but then this is just the beginning. The practical test
would follow if the new EU asylum standards are implemented in the following years.
The guidelines to the asylum procedure and reception of asylum are still up for discussion.
Through the Procedures Directive, the different stages of the asylum procedure should be regulated
and the rights and obligations of the applicant. The Reception Directive regulates the minimum
standards for a decent life in the reception of asylum seekers, including the labor market access and

benefits include.
The Eurodac Regulation and the revised Dublin II Regulation are for the most part already negotiated
but still blocked. The Dublin II Regulation defines which Member State is responsible for examining an
asylum application. Currently, this is the country where an asylum seeker has entered first European
soil. Currently being discussed in which cases which method the Return Procedures for asylumseekers may be suspended. The Eurodac Regulation defines a fingerprint database of asylum
seekers and people without a permit of residence. Main controversial point is the access of law
enforcement agencies in this database.

With 500 Euros and tourist visa in the bag
It's been more than three months, that at police checkpoints in Hamburg, the first
were discovered by them, soon there were so many that the problem no longer
was denied. The men slept on park benches and under bridges, they hid their bundle
of clothes in roadside bushes and preening the Teeth in the lake Alster.
Most of them are, it quickly became known, migratorily workers who had migrated from
countries such as Ghana and Mali to Libya.
When the civil war broke out there in 2011, they fled to Italy, from where they are
now come to the North. As it is, they should have been provided by the Italian Authorities
with 500 Euros and a tourist visa for the Schengen area. It is controversial whether a clue
came from the authorities, that the men should leave for Germany, because there they would
get the best help available.
But with the help of Hamburg is such a thing anyway. For weeks wrings City to the correct
handling of the refugees. The Senate wants to get rid of it again as quickly as possible.

Germany puts pressure on Italy
Behind the attitude of the Senate, the Federal Minister of the Interior also Hans-Peter Friedrich
(CSU) represents, is the European Dublin II agreement. Accordingly, the EU country is responsible
for refugees, where they entered European Floor for the first time. In the case of the Libyan civil war
refugees so it's Italy. For months, Rome had received EU support to manage the entry of war
refugees from Libya. Beginning of the year, but this EU support finished, so many facilities
were closed to refugees. More than 5500 people were suddenly on the road in Italy. 300 of which
are now in Hamburg. Under pressure from Germany, Italy has already agreed to take the refugees
back after the expiration of their visas. The Africans fight against it, so they formed a group,
"Lampedusa Hamburg ", supported by human rights activists who criticize the living conditions of
Refugees in Italy. In the St. Pauli Church, the community speaks a psalm on the end of the prayer:
"How precious is Your goodness God that People have recourse under the shadow of Thy wings".

Quote (TP20) Sddeutsche Zeitung, request 06/17/2013
There are obvious problems with asylum, residence and immigration. They require a general
solution with regard to the immigrants (asylum seekers) and the host people.
A separate issue is the threat of terrorism by asylum seekers, especially after a permanent
right of asylum by the host country, so a subsequent immigration.
Because of the contributions of TP16 to TP20 I cannot say anything on the subject, except the
following:
If WE do not behave civilized and human rights compliant, as we want to take care
to people who have severe or inconceivable suffering behind and continue to suffer in the
asylum residence.
If we treat asylum seekers almost like cattle, then we should give the modest financial
resources to countries that do better.
There have been too many such people burned, killed and murdered in Germany.

Obama's speech in Berlin on 06/19/2013 underscores my work, not only because he makes
reference to Kant. In my view, in large parts, this speech is a reflection of my opinion and
therefore this thesis. That feels good to me personally once.
I do not understand, or better, I probably understand why the speech of U.S. President Obama
today, 22.06.2013, is not to be read in German, on the website of the German Federal
Government.
http://www.bundesregierung.de/Webs/Breg/DE/Aktuelles/Reden/_node.html
Instead, one finds at this point, "Speech by Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel at the 11th
German World Bank Forum on 20 June 2013 ". It is enlightening to read the speech of the
Chancellor. Possibly it is found that one imagines some questions.
I am ashamed of the most primitive and superficial opinions of the Media in the hours after the
speech. Probably, this reviewer of the policy move in the mental sluggishness, which were
called by Obama, and they probably do not know much about Kant.

PRESIDENT OBAMA: Hello, Berlin! (Applause.) Thank you, Chancellor Merkel, for your leadership,
your friendship, and the example of your life -- from a child of the East to the leader of a free and
united Germany.
As Ive said, Angela and I dont exactly look like previous German and American leaders. But the fact
that we can stand here today, along the fault line where a city was divided, speaks to an eternal truth:
No wall can stand against the yearning of justice, the yearnings for freedom, the yearnings for peace
that burns in the human heart. (Applause.)
Mayor Wowereit, distinguished guests, and especially the people of Berlin and of Germany -- thank
you for this extraordinarily warm welcome. In fact, it's so warm and I feel so good that I'm actually
going to take off my jacket, and anybody else who wants to, feel free to. (Applause.) We can be a little
more informal among friends. (Applause.)
As your Chancellor mentioned, five years ago I had the privilege to address this city as senator. Today,
I'm proud to return as President of the United States. (Applause.) And I bring with me the enduring
friendship of the American people, as well as my wife, Michelle, and Malia and Sasha. (Applause.)
You may notice that they're not here. The last thing they want to do is to listen to another speech from
me. (Laughter.) So they're out experiencing the beauty and the history of Berlin. And this history
speaks to us today.
Here, for thousands of years, the people of this land have journeyed from tribe to principality to nationstate; through Reformation and Enlightenment, renowned as a land of poets and thinkers, among
them Immanuel Kant, who taught us that freedom is the unoriginated birthright of man, and it belongs
to him by force of his humanity.
Here, for two centuries, this gate stood tall as the world around it convulsed -- through the rise and fall
of empires; through revolutions and republics; art and music and science that reflected the height of
human endeavor, but also war and carnage that exposed the depths of mans cruelty to man.
It was here that Berliners carved out an island of democracy against the greatest of odds. As has
already been mentioned, they were supported by an airlift of hope, and we are so honored to be joined
by Colonel Halvorsen, 92 years old -- the original candy bomber. We could not be prouder of him.
(Applause.) I hope I look that good, by the way, when I'm 92. (Laughter.)
During that time, a Marshall Plan seeded a miracle, and a North Atlantic Alliance protected our people.

And those in the neighborhoods and nations to the East drew strength from the knowledge that
freedom was possible here, in Berlin -- that the waves of crackdowns and suppressions might
therefore someday be overcome.
Today, 60 years after they rose up against oppression, we remember the East German heroes of June
17th. When the wall finally came down, it was their dreams that were fulfilled. Their strength and their
passion, their enduring example remind us that for all the power of militaries, for all the authority of
governments, it is citizens who choose whether to be defined by a wall, or whether to tear it down.
(Applause.)
And were now surrounded by the symbols of a Germany reborn. A rebuilt Reichstag and its glistening
glass dome. An American embassy back at its historic home on Pariser Platz. (Applause.) And this
square itself, once a desolate no mans land, is now open to all. So while I am not the first American
President to come to this gate, I am proud to stand on its Eastern side to pay tribute to the past.
(Applause.)
For throughout all this history, the fate of this city came down to a simple question: Will we live free or
in chains? Under governments that uphold our universal rights, or regimes that suppress them? In
open societies that respect the sanctity of the individual and our free will, or in closed societies that
suffocate the soul?
As free peoples, we stated our convictions long ago. As Americans, we believe that all men are
created equal with the right to life and liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And as Germans, you
declared in your Basic Law that the dignity of man is inviolable. (Applause.) Around the world,
nations have pledged themselves to a Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which recognizes the
inherent dignity and rights of all members of our human family.
And this is what was at stake here in Berlin all those years. And because courageous crowds climbed
atop that wall, because corrupt dictatorships gave way to new democracies, because millions across
this continent now breathe the fresh air of freedom, we can say, here in Berlin, here in Europe -- our
values won. Openness won. Tolerance won. And freedom won here in Berlin. (Applause.)
And yet, more than two decades after that triumph, we must acknowledge that there can, at times, be
a complacency among our Western democracies. Today, people often come together in places like
this to remember history -- not to make it. After all, we face no concrete walls, no barbed wire. There
are no tanks poised across a border. There are no visits to fallout shelters. And so sometimes there

can be a sense that the great challenges have somehow passed. And that brings with it a temptation
to turn inward -- to think of our own pursuits, and not the sweep of history; to believe that weve settled
historys accounts, that we can simply enjoy the fruits won by our forebears.
But I come here today, Berlin, to say complacency is not the character of great nations. Todays
threats are not as stark as they were half a century ago, but the struggle for freedom and security and
human dignity -- that struggle goes on. And Ive come here, to this city of hope, because the tests of
our time demand the same fighting spirit that defined Berlin a half-century ago.
Chancellor Merkel mentioned that we mark the anniversary of President John F. Kennedys stirring
defense of freedom, embodied in the people of this great city. His pledge of solidarity -- Ich bin ein
Berliner -- (applause) -- echoes through the ages. But thats not all that he said that day. Less
remembered is the challenge that he issued to the crowd before him: Let me ask you, he said to
those Berliners, let me ask you to lift your eyes beyond the dangers of today and beyond the
freedom of merely this city. Look, he said, to the day of peace with justice, beyond yourselves and
ourselves to all mankind.
President Kennedy was taken from us less than six months after he spoke those words. And like so
many who died in those decades of division, he did not live to see Berlin united and free. Instead, he
lives forever as a young man in our memory. But his words are timeless because they call upon us to
care more about things than just our own self-comfort, about our own city, about our own country.
They demand that we embrace the common endeavor of all humanity.
And if we lift our eyes, as President Kennedy called us to do, then well recognize that our work is not
yet done. For we are not only citizens of America or Germany -- we are also citizens of the world. And
our fates and fortunes are linked like never before.
We may no longer live in fear of global annihilation, but so long as nuclear weapons exist, we are not
truly safe. (Applause.) We may strike blows against terrorist networks, but if we ignore the instability
and intolerance that fuels extremism, our own freedom will eventually be endangered. We may enjoy a
standard of living that is the envy of the world, but so long as hundreds of millions endure the agony of
an empty stomach or the anguish of unemployment, were not truly prosperous. (Applause.)
I say all this here, in the heart of Europe, because our shared past shows that none of these
challenges can be met unless we see ourselves as part of something bigger than our own experience.
Our alliance is the foundation of global security. Our trade and our commerce is the engine of our

global economy. Our values call upon us to care about the lives of people we will never meet. When
Europe and America lead with our hopes instead of our fears, we do things that no other nations can
do, no other nations will do. So we have to lift up our eyes today and consider the day of peace with
justice that our generation wants for this world.
I'd suggest that peace with justice begins with the example we set here at home, for we know from our
own histories that intolerance breeds injustice. Whether it's based on race, or religion, gender or
sexual orientation, we are stronger when all our people -- no matter who they are or what they look
like -- are granted opportunity, and when our wives and our daughters have the same opportunities as
our husbands and our sons. (Applause.)
When we respect the faiths practiced in our churches and synagogues, our mosques and our temples,
we're more secure. When we welcome the immigrant with his talents or her dreams, we are renewed.
(Applause.) When we stand up for our gay and lesbian brothers and sisters and treat their love and
their rights equally under the law, we defend our own liberty as well. We are more free when all people
can pursue their own happiness. (Applause.) And as long as walls exist in our hearts to separate us
from those who dont look like us, or think like us, or worship as we do, then we're going to have to
work harder, together, to bring those walls of division down.
Peace with justice means free enterprise that unleashes the talents and creativity that reside in each
of us; in other models, direct economic growth from the top down or relies solely on the resources
extracted from the earth. But we believe that real prosperity comes from our most precious resource -our people. And thats why we choose to invest in education, and science and research. (Applause.)
And now, as we emerge from recession, we must not avert our eyes from the insult of widening
inequality, or the pain of youth who are unemployed. We have to build new ladders of opportunity in
our own societies that -- even as we pursue new trade and investment that fuels growth across the
Atlantic.
America will stand with Europe as you strengthen your union. And we want to work with you to make
sure that every person can enjoy the dignity that comes from work -- whether they live in Chicago or
Cleveland or Belfast or Berlin, in Athens or Madrid, everybody deserves opportunity. We have to have
economies that are working for all people, not just those at the very top. (Applause.)
Peace with justice means extending a hand to those who reach for freedom, wherever they live.
Different peoples and cultures will follow their own path, but we must reject the lie that those who live

in distant places dont yearn for freedom and self-determination just like we do; that they dont
somehow yearn for dignity and rule of law just like we do. We cannot dictate the pace of change in
places like the Arab world, but we must reject the excuse that we can do nothing to support it.
(Applause.)
We cannot shrink from our role of advancing the values we believe in -- whether it's supporting
Afghans as they take responsibility for their future, or working for an Israeli-Palestinian peace -(applause) -- or engaging as we've done in Burma to help create space for brave people to emerge
from decades of dictatorship. In this century, these are the citizens who long to join the free world.
They are who you were. They deserve our support, for they too, in their own way, are citizens of Berlin.
And we have to help them every day. (Applause.)
Peace with justice means pursuing the security of a world without nuclear weapons -- no matter how
distant that dream may be. And so, as President, I've strengthened our efforts to stop the spread of
nuclear weapons, and reduced the number and role of Americas nuclear weapons. Because of the
New START Treaty, were on track to cut American and Russian deployed nuclear warheads to their
lowest levels since the 1950s. (Applause.)
But we have more work to do. So today, Im announcing additional steps forward. After a
comprehensive review, Ive determined that we can ensure the security of America and our allies, and
maintain a strong and credible strategic deterrent, while reducing our deployed strategic nuclear
weapons by up to one-third. And I intend to seek negotiated cuts with Russia to move beyond Cold
War nuclear postures. (Applause.)
At the same time, well work with our NATO allies to seek bold reductions in U.S. and Russian tactical
weapons in Europe. And we can forge a new international framework for peaceful nuclear power, and
reject the nuclear weaponization that North Korea and Iran may be seeking.
America will host a summit in 2016 to continue our efforts to secure nuclear materials around the
world, and we will work to build support in the United States to ratify the Comprehensive Nuclear Test
Ban Treaty, and call on all nations to begin negotiations on a treaty that ends the production of fissile
materials for nuclear weapons. These are steps we can take to create a world of peace with justice.
(Applause.)
Peace with justice means refusing to condemn our children to a harsher, less hospitable planet. The
effort to slow climate change requires bold action. And on this, Germany and Europe have led.

In the United States, we have recently doubled our renewable energy from clean sources like wind
and solar power. Were doubling fuel efficiency on our cars. Our dangerous carbon emissions have
come down. But we know we have to do more -- and we will do more. (Applause.)
With a global middle class consuming more energy every day, this must now be an effort of all nations,
not just some. For the grim alternative affects all nations -- more severe storms, more famine and
floods, new waves of refugees, coastlines that vanish, oceans that rise. This is the future we must
avert. This is the global threat of our time. And for the sake of future generations, our generation must
move toward a global compact to confront a changing climate before it is too late. That is our job. That
is our task. We have to get to work. (Applause.)
Peace with justice means meeting our moral obligations. And we have a moral obligation and a
profound interest in helping lift the impoverished corners of the world. By promoting growth so we
spare a child born today a lifetime of extreme poverty. By investing in agriculture, so we arent just
sending food, but also teaching farmers to grow food. By strengthening public health, so were not just
sending medicine, but training doctors and nurses who will help end the outrage of children dying from
preventable diseases. Making sure that we do everything we can to realize the promise -- an
achievable promise -- of the first AIDS-free generation. That is something that is possible if we feel a
sufficient sense of urgency. (Applause.)
Our efforts have to be about more than just charity. Theyre about new models of empowering people - to build institutions; to abandon the rot of corruption; to create ties of trade, not just aid, both with the
West and among the nations theyre seeking to rise and increase their capacity. Because when they
succeed, we will be more successful as well. Our fates are linked, and we cannot ignore those who
are yearning not only for freedom but also prosperity.
And finally, lets remember that peace with justice depends on our ability to sustain both the security of
our societies and the openness that defines them. Threats to freedom dont merely come from the
outside. They can emerge from within -- from our own fears, from the disengagement of our citizens.
For over a decade, America has been at war. Yet much has now changed over the five years since I
last spoke here in Berlin. The Iraq war is now over. The Afghan war is coming to an end. Osama bin
Laden is no more. Our efforts against al Qaeda are evolving.
And given these changes, last month, I spoke about Americas efforts against terrorism. And I drew

inspiration from one of our founding fathers, James Madison, who wrote, No nation could preserve its
freedom in the midst of continual warfare. James Madison is right -- which is why, even as we remain
vigilant about the threat of terrorism, we must move beyond a mindset of perpetual war. And in
America, that means redoubling our efforts to close the prison at Guantanamo. (Applause.) It means
tightly controlling our use of new technologies like drones. It means balancing the pursuit of security
with the protection of privacy. (Applause.)
And I'm confident that that balance can be struck. I'm confident of that, and I'm confident that working
with Germany, we can keep each other safe while at the same time maintaining those essential values
for which we fought for.
Our current programs are bound by the rule of law, and they're focused on threats to our security -not the communications of ordinary persons. They help confront real dangers, and they keep people
safe here in the United States and here in Europe. But we must accept the challenge that all of us in
democratic governments face: to listen to the voices who disagree with us; to have an open debate
about how we use our powers and how we must constrain them; and to always remember that
government exists to serve the power of the individual, and not the other way around. Thats what
makes us who we are, and thats what makes us different from those on the other side of the wall.
(Applause.)
That is how we'll stay true to our better history while reaching for the day of peace and justice that is to
come. These are the beliefs that guide us, the values that inspire us, the principles that bind us
together as free peoples who still believe the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. -- that "injustice
anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." (Applause.)
And we should ask, should anyone ask if our generation has the courage to meet these tests? If
anybody asks if President Kennedy's words ring true today, let them come to Berlin, for here they will
find the people who emerged from the ruins of war to reap the blessings of peace; from the pain of
division to the joy of reunification. And here, they will recall how people trapped behind a wall braved
bullets, and jumped barbed wire, and dashed across minefields, and dug through tunnels, and leapt
from buildings, and swam across the Spree to claim their most basic right of freedom. (Applause.)
The wall belongs to history. But we have history to make as well. And the heroes that came before us
now call to us to live up to those highest ideals -- to care for the young people who can't find a job in
our own countries, and the girls who aren't allowed to go to school overseas; to be vigilant in
safeguarding our own freedoms, but also to extend a hand to those who are reaching for freedom

This is the lesson of the ages. This is the spirit of Berlin. And the greatest tribute that we can pay to
those who came before us is by carrying on their work to pursue peace and justice not only in our
countries but for all mankind.

United States of America. Thank you very much. (Applause.)

It comes to no end with the description of more and more social decomposition,
no one comes to the end with the description of the increasing injustice,
no one comes to the end with the description of the increasing evil,
in this country alone.
What has become of this country, which is obviously no longer able to operate the
German railway.
What has become of this country, which is obviously no longer able to care for children and to
educate them if you can hear through the media, as incomprehensible high rise in the take care

One might come to believe that this increase correlates with the increase of absolutely
unnecessary apps and with the concomitant increase in just unnecessary keystrokes.
At the same time, presumably, these misguided creatures for nearly a superfluous product,

TP25 Why a boycott of the election is tempting - Politics querulousness - Verlag ZEIT
Politics querulousness
It would be missing a real alternative and credible politician.

I consider not only the FRG, but the so-called Western world, explicitly USA
with Russia and Canada and all European countries as geographical space,
for which the second assumption is valid.
AND
Note:
I think that future generations will this present world economic system,
this current action and ways of thinking, this mental attitude of great parts of
the so-called elites, much of the so-called decision-makers, so our current practices, declare
as genocide, because I cannot imagine, based on my experience of the History,
that this system, figuratively speaking, again "A Thousand Years" will endure.
I hope that the carrying away of the people, especially in the developed, enlightened,
democratic, Christian (Western) Hemisphere with the "nose rings (the term could well be of
Kant) to herd cattle" in the not self-inflicted inability, into the "feel-good world" of
church and state, will soon be completed.
These dignitaries in parties with and without C, churches and other important institutions,
may indeed ask the question: What would Jesus say to such dignitaries when he would
suddenly be among us at the present time?
I imagine he would say that everything did not tell you and so little acted against this
injustice, indeed the contrary you have at least tacitly accepted.

If a fictional alien studied world history from 312 AD to the present, he could possibly come
to the conclusion that Christianity was a special accelerator for injustice, murder and
manslaughter, and still is.
Few people from those who know the truth have the courage to term this truth.
It follows Conclusion:
First you need, and that will probably take a generation, that means about 30 years,

After a documentary "Auschwitz trial" by the TV channel phoenix on Thu 12/19/2013, film by
Rolf Bickel and Dietrich Wagner, I had some thoughts. I'll explain this after I have dealt the
subject matter of this documentation.
The description of the documentary shows how, this is my perception, Proceedings of the
history of the Federal Republic of Germany are hushed, and how to deal posthumously with a
man like Fritz Bauer.
I am attaching the description of the documentation at this point:

Republic of Germany, according to the OECD - studies, without which I have described flaws in
society and economy, without disintegration of the social society, with a just social society.
So it is possible to improve the conditions exorbitant, and also to achieve a higher or equal
gross domestic product per capita.
So see TP14 The Nordic countries as a model for society and the economy
at TP Topic Points for New World Economy System.
(Especially this issue Liste der Lnder nach Bruttoinlandsprodukt pro Kopf)
Fritz Bauer was concerned with the following question, is National Socialism, with its
barbarism, a "Accident" in history,
or he is in the German character as a "predisposition" available.
I think it's "predisposition" (the term "predisposition" does not mean that I mean a genetic
predisposition, but rather a latent education, whether consciously or unconsciously created).
I mean, Fritz Bauer could not answer the question, but I do not remember.

An education to Kantian behavior rules is possible, without any doubt, because these rules
produce a very good feeling, see Chapter A (B and C) the document "New World Economy
System".
This certainly applies to the "Scandinavian social values".
According to my knowledge is, in Scandinavia in the first place, the social commandment
or the premise: the single individual does not feel comfortable when the individual next to him
is not doing well. The public good is the very first principle.
End of Work
It is, in my view, apparent to everyone that the society and the FRG
decays, and this accelerant.

But it should not be a problem to find this article by searching the internet.
The classified by me as very important items are marked with hyperlinks, this must not be
searching.
In the English version, the search is possible only in German language. The hyperlinks to the
TP points are therefore also German, or the hyperlinks are English, because there is only an English
website.
The purpose of this information is that the reader can see how politics, society and economy
developed in the period in which I am working on this dissertation. Last but not least I want
show how to change the ethical values, e.g., "truth in politics and society", "social Market
economy", "for the good of the people", "democracy", "justice", "legal certainty",
"Equality of educational opportunity", "trust in institutions", "for the benefit of the world
community" and much, much more, in my view, to the negative.
It would be very advantageous if deal would all but especially the so-called elites, with ethics
and Moral concepts, yes, even have to do it.

Before I get to the thoughts that I mentioned initially, I have to say the following:

Chapter A
Postulate:
"Why Kant's philosophy as an essential system of a future society"
Of course, I know some very valuable and useful works of many philosophers from Plato to the
Enlightenment philosophers to Habermas and other contemporary philosophers,
and I regard this as necessary to social development.
But it does not make sense that in a fundamental change in the economic and social system,
the general population is concerned with this issue.
The basis for the launch of the new economy - and society has to be a system for
every citizen mentally detectable instruments, as Kant gives us.
Who controls this can study more complex issues.
It makes no sense to study the relativity theory and quantum physics,
if you do not infinitesimal analysis dominated.
We will not stop at Kant, but it will take several generations before we accept them as general
instructions for working correctly and work accordingly.
Only then can the works of other philosophers are processed for the general population.
The new politicians demanded of me are quite obliged to deal with it and with other thinkers and
theories.
His ability (ability in the Kantian sense) has to be much higher because of its status as the ability of
the average population.

At this point, I will give an answer with a thought experiment for all of us to the important
question of how we create a satisfactory development from toddlers to young adults, so the
development of our offspring at home, in day care, in preschool, the school, so to training and
entry into the working life.
An extremely important issue, not only because of the mass failed developments regarding
of unfitness for the world of work and social functions, ultimately to criminal developments,
but also because "Germany has, relative to its population size, the smallest number of
newborns in all developed countries of the world."
In the article in the Sddeutsche Zeitung on 6 May 2013, study on the shortage of skilled
workers - skilled workers desperately sought - is written: "1.45 million of the 20 - to 29
year - olds have not completed vocational training".
In the article in the newspaper Spiegel Online, on 05 February 2013, Government at tricking
apprenticeship statistics, 250,000 youngsters ignored; in this article is explained, among other
things:
167,772 of these were in the so-called transition system: This is a bundle of waiting loops, postqualifications and educational developments, almost all of which remain without qualifications and in
which the young people deserve nothing. Nearly 90,000 young people have simply disappeared from
the statistics - of which there are many immigrant children or simply youth, who are tired of the
transition system to turn a government waiting loop after another.
"The thesis of the National Training Pact, that there are more vacant training places than applicants
for training places in Germany, is simply wrong", says Matthias Anbuhl, Director Education from the
DGB Main Board. Anbuhl has recalculated on the basis of official figures, the balance sheet of the
National Training Pact and thus comes to quite different conclusions: The number of training places
was last year with 551,000 the lowest level in 20 years.

Anbuhl calls, it would at least those 60,000 young people are included in the statistics of the candidate,
which are not supplied, which - as Stefan - are not expressly satisfied with a waiting position in the
transition system. It results from this positive balance from last November that at least 40,000 training
places missing, which does not provide the German economy as a partner in the training pact. "The
National Training Pact deliberately obscures the real situation", says Anbuhl. "We finally need an
honest education market statistics which young people and policy makers shows the actual situation".
The social researcher Martin Baethge from Gttingen told SPIEGEL ONLINE about this topic:
"The basis must be the realistic demand of young people in the training market. These include
hundreds of thousands of young people who are in the transitional system" Baethge said, who coauthored the National Education Report 2012".
If this corresponds to the facts, which individuals then hide behind a so-called government?
I repeat once again the two imperatives formulated by me (see the beginning of the introduction).
1. Anyone with more knowledge has the order (imperative) to give this knowledge to people who
are looking for this, without restriction and with all his might.
2. Everyone has the order to seek knowledge (imperative), with all his power, so that from me
formulated new world economic system and the social society work as well as possible.
Even the small child in the early years would learn at home from their parents, by siblings and
relatives. All that affect the child, including education staff, teachers and trainers adhere to these rules,
and it is the self-evident premise for life.
Children take on the behavior of parents and siblings, also of the educational forces and of the
environment (other children) and then continues this process by the school and the training to
ultimately end of life. In the early years they just take it without asking. From the time of the child's
personality development the child begins to think and starts to ask questions. Now you can explain to
him this Kantian rules and that all people follow these rules. That is, if the child has less ability, it
needs not be afraid, the child does not feel bad, it just needs to ask questions and strive for more skills.

As an example we take three children and the increase in knowledge (increasing mental abilities,
according to Kant). We take a child as a base with below-average intellectual abilities, one with
average intellectual abilities, and one child with high intellectual abilities.
In this good atmosphere (Kantian imperative) the shyness for those who find that their mental faculties
has deficits would cease. The fear to ask questions, there would be little.
Admitting to not know or understand something, would produce a child not worry, it is not afraid in this
situation. It will turn naturally to those with higher knowledge (intellectual property).
At the same time, this child knows that it can provide the child with an even lower knowledge and
wealth, and even must be, from this knowledge. For this child, this is a meaningful task and
strengthens its personality.
Now, if the child with the lowest intellectual property (in the present state) cannot find another child
who has an even lower intellectual ability, it will not be unhappy, because it can always questions and
therefore complies with the rules. Thus, it is satisfied with its low intellectual ability and feels good. In
the next group, possibly the next day, the situation may already be different.
The child with the highest intellectual ability is found among parents, educators and trainers, the
people with higher intellectual capacity.
These steps are described more frequently and often present in reality, the group sizes vary
continuously.
So you can imagine that the so-called IQ)3 can develop very dynamically only at the top.

"Marriage is only on time, children are cared for by the state - and the legislature supports this.
The new, successful person will never, never touched by the love. The social cohesion of
society is lost.
A guest post by Norbert Blum, former minister (Minister a. D., in German)
Marriage and family are the major stabilizers of evolution. Even the disasters of nature and in the
revolutionary upheavals kept the core of the family was living together. Neither Robespierre nor Hitler,
Stalin, Mao or Pol Pot managed to eliminate the families, so they tried to also do so. Marriage and
family have survived all frontal attacks.
Threatening than the violent attempts of the past may be the silent destructions of today.
The elimination of functions through outsourcing leaves of marriage and family only a leached shell left.
But for what marriage and family should still be good?
Family, for the cohesion? If any self-sufficient and self-realization is the sole-realization, there is no

The man could be even optimized for the production needs of the economy. Each and every one is
then programmed genetically for the place on which he later produced, so that labor market hiring
mistakes are excluded in the future: everyone comes to the place for which it is provided.
This results in a stable society without yearning for social advancement, and without fear of social
decline.
Family, for education? The family education, as has been found in the debate about the care
allowance, is regarded as outdated. In this sense, parents are amateurs. Only the professional
education of all children through public educational institutions is specified as a prerequisite for equal
opportunities. Therefore, efforts are enhanced, children already as short as possible after birth the
hands of the education experts to pass in order to "capture" the whole day of school later.
Free childhood school zones, it should be no more.
The ubiquitous public service also eliminates the last hiding places, that the childhood adventures
were available. Even the holidays are now increasingly occupied with school-care services, so that the
children in any case have a free environment, which is without state education professional
supervision. The family is responsible only for the night.
Unrestrained self-sufficiency
Lasting marriages are a restriction of the freedom of choice. Each predefinition is a restriction.
Freedom of choice is called the highest form of freedom. Marriages are not closed for life
but only "until something better" comes from. That is why the converts lasting marriage "until death do
you part" in a temporary stage of life partnership with relatively little protection against unlawful
dismissal. Anyway, a lesser protection than the law of tenantry and labor legislation.
"Disruption" is sufficient as a ground for dissolution. This is only required proof of successfully
completed separation. Our law of divorce therefore need to fear regarding self-indulgence no
comparison. It does not get easier.
The Occidental monogamy approximates the Oriental polygamy. What is organized simultaneously in
the Oriental variant is made in the occidental in a time series. Instead of Oriental coexistence of

marriage partner, we now have the new Occidental succession of stage of life partnership.
The Western model is also more gender-neutral, it is also available to women.
The ratio of temporary marriage corresponds to the opportunity to keep separated in marriage the
goods and valuables of the partners. That individual incomes are common income, is not provided in
united Ich-AGs (Associations for Individuals). Anyone who has worked more for marriage than for the
income, in the case of divorce the disadvantaged person. "Advanced" wishing to marry, therefore, if
they are wise, before marriage, regulated by contract the end and secure their mutual claims.
Even in love, without a lawyer at the beginning and end of marriage, for the homo economicus as a
beneficiary otherwise nothing will work.
In the era of unrestrained self-sufficiency is working for others and even without pay,
as it is in every family, no longer provided. Just the job for money and of itself is accepted. For the wife,
because of altruism, for example, the man paid for the study, with which he later had a top income
remains after the separation, a "God bless you" as supernatural consolation. Sustainability in marriage
recognizes performance, after marriage, only to modest dimensions, something like bridging Help "in
the real life," which "make money" is. This is at least aiming the new legal marriage law.
One of the surprising results of this kind of emancipation are more aged single women.
Married men prefer younger women in the Second Age. This is the bitter vengeance of localism
patriarchy. Is there a form of feminism that worked involuntarily as a secret agent of male domination?
The new, successful man is nowhere and never touched by the love. He lives for themselves as selfsufficient monad. Emotional deficits can be removed if necessary pharmacologically.
If it does succeed gene manipulators, the demand for the interaction at the root of human becoming
eradicate already in the inherited property, the autism society is the official social society program.

Chapter B
Almost every day the media report about misconduct, corrupt and criminal behavior of people in
politics, public offices, positions, which account must demonstrate to the social society. The increase
in impudence, lies and arrogance is no longer to describe.
They destroy morals, ethics and democracy.
The sentence, if there is one, often contrary to good morals.
In my opinion, the damage to the social society to this day is not to describe.
I think of the disintegration of society, especially at the upper and the bottom, so at the very rich and
the very poor.
Obviously the connection to politics and society no longer exists, at least in large part,
as I understand from discussions in the media.
Probably an accumulation of manslaughter and murder of young offenders from the upper and lower
classes of society is true, as I understand from discussions in the media.
We need a behavior code of politicians, persons of public law (Legal persons), people in
institutions and organizations for the social society, which are without complaint, in relation to
truth and exemplary behavior.
Any politician who violates the rules, he must be forever excluded for such activities.
"Truth and Politics" must be a subject of discussion (see my essay on this subject).
