The Offense of Usurpation of authority is committed by knowingly misrepresenting oneself to be an
officer, agent, or representative of the government, whether local, national or foreign or by performing any act pertaining to a person in authority or public officer of the government under pretense of official position and without authority. Apparently, respondents _______ satisfied the manner of commission of usurpation of authority or official functions. Respondent ______ was in violation of the law when, on ______________, he misrepresented himself as a representative of __________________, when in fact, he is not. Further, respondent ___________ did not provide any identification which would conclusively state that he is indeed a representative of _____________
