    It is submitted that Naib Qasid Ijaz was absent from the duty on the following dates:

    1. 12-11-14 to 20-11-14
    2. 24-11-14 to 27-11-14
    3. 12-12-14 to date
    Office Memorandums issue to Mr. Ijaz on 27-11-14 and 8-12-14 to resume the duty. He joined
    the duty on 10-12-14 only for two days. He is again absent from 12-12-14 to date without any
    information. Hence it is requested that strict disciplinary action may be taken against him under
    intimation to the undersigned.
