I am the accused in Criminal Case No.

071907 for the crime of RAPE

under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code filed by HERMIONE
GRANGER
I am employed as Marketing Manager of Universal Studios Singapore
located at 8 Sentosa Gateway, Singapore since July 19, 2007.
There is no truth to the charges being leveled at me. The statement of
the complainant is full of lies and half-truths obviously meant to prop up
the fabricated charges, as will be shown hereunder:
That I know the complainant as residing in the same Subdivision where
our residence is located and have previously maintained close
relationship with her and her family;
Complainant and I were in a relationship from January 1, 2004 until
December 31, 2008.
We were planning to get married on 2009 when I found out that
Hermione was impregnated by another man. I decided to leave her
despite her plea for me to stay in our relationship. I havent seen her
since December 31, 2008.
That it is physically impossible for me to commit the crime charged
because I had been in Singapore since June 6, 2014 and was only able to
return to the Philippines last December 26, 2014 at 5:30 pm. A copy of
my passport is hereby attached as ANNEX A
The allegations stated in the Complaint-Affidavit are mere malicious
fabrications by the complainant which may have been spurred by the
bitter enmity harbored by members of her family arising from the fact
that Hermione and I broke up despite their insistence for us to get
married.
As a result of which, the members of the complainants family have
repeatedly hurled verbal threats against me and my family that they
would get back at us in whatever way possible for leaving their daughter
in a disgraceful situation.

I am executing this Counter-Affidavit for the purpose of attesting to the

truth of the foregoing statements, to inform the proper authorities of
the abo e facts, to support my prayer for the dropping or dismissal of
the instant case against me and for whatever purpose this may serve
best.
