2015 NIKKEN RISING STAR PROGRAM

1. Incentive period runs from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015.
2. Quality enrollment is defined as a new or existing Consultant
who consistently creates a minimum 500PV per month through a
combination of retail customer orders and personal-use product
purchases. The monthly 500PV requirement includes a minimum 100PV
personal Autoship per month. Retail Autoship is the preferred method
to reach the remaining 400+ PVPG. Please note: retail volume is strongly
encouraged, but not mandatory. Front-loading or stockpiling to meet
volume requirements is prohibited.
3. Free renewal reward will be directly applied to the Consultants
distributorship account in the next anniversary month after
Consultant has maintained quality enrollment status (with 500 PV per
month) for six consecutive months.
4. Free ground shipping reward will be applied to the first wholesale
non-Autoship order placed by eligible Consultant in month 10, after
the Consultant has maintained quality enrollment status (with 500 PV
per month) for nine consecutive months. Any free shipping reward not
redeemed in month 10 will be forfeited.
5. Participants must be Consultants in good standing with the company
during the incentive period. Consultants found in noncompliance with
the Consultant Agreement or Policies & Procedures are not eligible.
6. Products cannot be purchased solely for the purpose of incentive
qualification. Products must be purchased for the purpose of either
actual personal use or retail sale to the ultimate customer.
7. At the sole discretion of Nikken, returns of more than 5 percent may
disqualify the Consultant from receiving any incentive reward.
8. Nikken reserves the right to withhold final approval of all winners,
pending verification of compliance to the incentive rules.
9. Value of reward earned by a Consultant will be included on his/
her 1099/T4A. Nikken reserves the right to determine the value of all
rewards.
10. Nikken reserves the right to interpret the rules and rewards of the
incentive.
