My absolute favorite part is that I feel like Jacob is trying to take me under his
wing- teach me all that he knows- and so willing to work with me before I have
even signed up for a membership! Not once has he pressured me to officially
be a part of his gym and that is what has sold me on it. No gimmicks, no other
products attempting to be sold, no pressure, it's so nice! Also, whoever was
facebooking me via the Wholesome Health page was incredibly friendly and
informative! Such an inviting environment! Besides my awkwardness for the
new exercise movements I feel completely comfortable at Wholesome and that
will help me succeed in my fitness goals!

I like that there are small group classes. By signing up for a class, I feel I am
more likely to attend the gym. Having other people in the room helps me feel
I'm not alone in my efforts. When I went to my first class, everyone was really
nice and helpful while I got used to the routine. The music choice was also a
factor in my enjoyment of the session.

The atmosphere is very welcoming. Zach, Personal Trainer, was available right
away and met me at the door. He was not pushy, but rather welcoming and
informative. There has always been staff available and willing to assist. I was
given a plan right away specific to my needs.

All my questions were answered thoroughly. The gym has been very
accommodating to some of my requests (looking into a pass for my teenager)
and the costumer service is GREAT! Each day I've been in I have had
someone helping me plan my workout and encouraging me. Zachary (probably
spelled wrong) is the couch I've worked with the most and everything he told
me to try was realistic and very do-able. I leave feeling very accomplished and
ready to go back the next day!!!!!!!! Thank you guys! (I've already
recommended Wholesome Health to two friends!)

My workouts have always consisted of treadmills/elliptical/etc because thats all
I've ever known. I love that I now have a place to go and learn the proper way
to work out and get the most benefit out of the effort I put in. There is nothing
worse then to put a lot of work into something and not get anything out of it.
That won't happen at Wholesome Health as long as I hold up my end of the
deal....And If I slip, I know there will be a great support system to get me back
on track.

That you based nutrition on a one on one basis. Plus if you are unable to do
