Responsabilitati

The main responsibilities of the HR Analyst include:


Processes employees related documents and prepare statistics.
Answer general inquiries in various areas of Human Resources and Payroll.
Operate changes in Human Resources and Payroll internal systems (new hire/termination administration/lateral
moves/promotions/job changes).
Maintain applicant database and employee records.
Compile data for analysis and reporting and prepare routine analyses.
Develop custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and management.
Assists employees through phone and email contact in the completion of appropriate forms, calculation of benefits or
premiums.
Participation in ad hoc projects in the areas of recruitment or training.

Cerinte
-

University graduate
Excellent knowledge of Polish and English
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to details.

The following are considered to be advantages:


- Previous work experience in HR, in a HR Service Centre;
- Previous work experience in a customer focussed environment.
