Goal Statement &

Implementation
Relationship of Goal to Strategies/Action
ISSL
Steps/Timeline
Stumbling Block:
Perfectionistic
-My goal is to be satisfied
with the work I do, and
know that its ok for me to
make mistakes. (I will
make more mistakes those
first few years)
My goal is to learn from my
mistakes and not dwell on
them.

Stumbling Block: Approval

confidence to make
decisions and understand
that every decision I make
wont make everyone happy.
If my decision is what is
best for the students and the

Specific
Outcomes/Achievements
The achievements Id like to
accomplish include growing from my
mistakes and learning where I go next.
I need to take each scenario and reflect
on what went well and what didnt go
well and make the necessary changes.
I need to MOVE on after a decision or
situation. I cannot beat myself up over
my choices. Accept the things you
cannot change, change the things you
can, and have the ability to know the
difference serenity prayer
Not worrying about what other people
think of me is my most desired
outcome.
Knowing that I did what was in the
best interest of the students after each
decision made.
Recognizing its not about me
