Terms and Conditions of Rental

By confirming your booking, you automatically agree with the Terms and Conditions of
FishingHoliday s.r.o.

Rental Conditions

1. Contracted partners are the owner (renter) and the customer. The responsibilities of the safety
of our boats are equally shared by everyone on the boat not only the contracted person.
2. Place of receiving and returning the boats: Italy, Porto Viro, Harbour Centro Nautico,
St.Via Po di Venezia. Approx. GPS coordinates 4500,600 N 1212,90 E
3. Area of usage permitted: River Po
4. The renter are situated in the Delta of river Po and their office is situated in the harbour.
(Mobile No.: +393408790483), they have the necessary fishing skills and the knowledge of
the area. The renter of the boat will give all the information about the boat and its controls.
A test drive will be undertaken by the customer under the patrol of the renter to assure safety.
5. The customer is required to use the boats in a safe way to ensure that there is no damage made
to the boat or to other properties. The boat must be used for its purposes only. The customer
must comply with the weather conditions and the instructions of the renter. The owner has
contracted insurance for any damage caused to the boats while using them for its purposes.
We recommend insuring yourself for any damage done and also life insurance.
6. The boats may be only used by the customers stated on the contract and must be not driven
after consumption of alcohol or any other drugs.
7. Usage of the boats for business or commercial reasons may only be used after a written
agreement with the owner. Usage of our boats for racing, competing or testing reasons are
forbidden.
8. The customer is required to return the boat tidy, in time and with a full tank of petrol.
9. Any repairing or editing done to the boat during the time of renting must be reported and
agreed by the renter. At accidents or any damage made to our property the customer is
required to report the incidents to the owner immediately.
10. Customers agree with any usage of video or photo documentation of their catches for our
commercial usage.
11. Before your trip to Italy the owner will send you the rules and regulations of fishing on the
river Po and of the usage of our boats.

Payment Conditions

After sending your reservation request to us we will temporary confirm your booking for the period of
time and the type of boat requested. The customer must pay the deposit of 30% of our price by 5
working days in order to fully book your reservation. Failure to send the deposit in time your
reservation will be automatically cancelled.
The outstanding payment must be paid at least 14 days before arrival.
Part of the payments is refundable deposit. For the boats as BB18, Kmaxx and Marine is 200 and for
the PC32 is 350. The amount of the payment will be paid in cash when the client receiving the boat
and it serves as collateral for the payment of any fees and damages caused by the user. If the ship is
properly returned under the contract to the renter, the deposit will be forthwith refunded.

Sanction and Cancelation Fees

If the cancelation is made 14 days or less before arrival 100% of the fee is being charged.
If the cancelation is made 15 days or more before arrival (deposit) is being charged
To eliminate any sanction or cancelation fees the customer may provide a cover for his
absence for the agreed term or agree to a new suitable term for them that is not taken by other
customer during the same year.
