Part III Response

4. Which of the 3 military jobs would you like best? Why?
a. I would like EOD, I would like it because you are someone who is really needed on the
battlefield but get over looked. I also would like to do it because I have an interest in
explosives and blowing stuff up is fun.
5. Did you know that this job existed before? Or, are you surprised that it exists?
a. Yes I did know this existed because this was an option of mine if I were to join the
military.
6. Now that youve looked into this career, do you think it might be a good option for you? Weigh
the pros and cons of military service, government benefits, and being able to transition into a
civilian career with the other paths to the career (usually college).
a. I do believe this is a good option for me. There are a lot of pros and cons to it but I
believe it would be worth the risk. The cons are knowing you could die any moment,
lose an arm a leg. I think its needed because I could save many people from losing
their lives. I believe losing one life even if its mine would be worth saving many more.
The pros are having some really good jobs after your service. Such as being a police
officer.
