follow these steps to compress and reduce your attachment size:

Double clicking on the picture

Choose <Compress>
Set the compression for <All pictures in document>
Change resolution <Web/Screen>
Click on <OK> twice and <Save> your document when done

This will significantly reduce your e-mail attachment size. If it is still over 8MB, you can
divide the assignment to multiple documents and submit them in multiple e-mails. Please
indicate more e-mails are to follow if you have to submit your assignment in multiple emails.
