Vintage/Classic CarHireAgreement

Rental of vehicle is with full acknowledgment and agreement of the following terms and
Conditions Pink Willow Boutique will receive a 50% deposit with a major credit card or
cleared funds if paying by check to process reservations for invoices over $400. The
payment must be received to confirm the reservation and balance is due at least 30 Days
before the time of the service.
Full payment is kindly requested for any invoice below $500. Deposit/payments are
non-refundable.
B y making a payment to Pink Willow Boutique LLC, you the client agree
to this Hire Agreement and you the client agree to be bound by its terms
and conditions. The receipt of any deposit by PinkWillow LLC is considered
acceptance of these terms in lieu of a signed copy. In the event that more time was spent
on your transportation or photo shoot the customer will be billed for the additional time
or extra services provided, time will be billed in 30 minute increments and customer
agrees to provide payment in full within 5 business days. Vehicle is quoted
subject to availability at the time of booking. Please confirm your reservation because
rates are subject to change without notice.
Vehicle will not be reserved until payment has been received and payment
arrangements for the balance (if applicable) have been made. A written cancellation
request must be received 30 days in advance of the event date by mail or email. For any
cancellation in order to cancel remaining payments.
No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted.
Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of
all paid deposits and fees for service.
Client and renter are responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior/exterior
and equipment of the vehicle. This is including but not limited to: gum, beverage spillage,
vomiting, breakage of beverage containers and drink glasses, breakage of decanters,
breakage of lights. The exterior of the vehicle will not have any decorations, tags,
sparklers, rice, bird seed, bubbles etc. in or around during receptions exits.
Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least
($100.00) one hundred dollars up to cost of repair of vehicle from
damage. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner.
Pink Willow Boutique reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or
terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any
passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be
refunded.

While we are happy to let you bring personal compact disks, and other various personal
items, we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or
after completion of the vehicle rental period.
Pink Willow Boutique shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by
(but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, incorrect pickup and drop-off
information, breakdown and any situation beyond our control. Should the car break
down; another car will be sent in hurry to complete the job.
In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions
of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
If the vehicle rental is to be by a minor under the age of (18) eighteen (proms, birthdays,
or other occasions) this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian
over the age of (18).
Again, please remember that the vehicle is quoted subject to the availability at the
time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice

Packages & Prices
We're upfront about our pricing and we have something for every budget. There are
NO extra charges involved when you use us, the price we quote you, is the price you
pay. We do not charge you a premium for weekends or holidays and we don't charge
a fuel surcharge percentage. There might be an extra charge for extended distance
outside CSRA.

Wedding Day Package- $850
All your trips (getaway car included), photo shoot & wedding display
Our Wedding Day Package is up to 10 hours and covers all your trips for the day in the
car and a chauffeur at your side and under your command everywhere you go, we will
wait for you outside, in style while announcing to the world your VIP status. Your guests
will have a blast checking out your ride as they arrive to your reception, and enjoy taking
pictures with it during your wedding.
Trip #1: Home to wedding ceremony, we'll wait for you
Trip #2: From wedding ceremony to your wedding reception
** Display the car at the entrance of your wedding reception
Trip #3: At the end of your wedding take you to your final destination, home or
hotel, and to make it memorable;
With this wedding package you'll be the only Bride with your vintage car for the
day.

hotel.
