Article (5) End of service Award:
5-1 End of service agreement shall be calculated
on the basis of basic salary.
Article (6) Second Partys Commitments:
6-1 Second party shall carry out his duties in
accordance with his qualification & experiences
and shall accept to work at locations as may be
decided by the first party, whether inside the
kingdom or outside, in the way that may not cause
any harmful damage to the second party in full
observations of Saudi labor laws.
6-2 Second party shall comply with the local
regulations of the first party applicable at the time
being or any other regulations that may be issued
in future, in the way that it will not contradict with
related rules and all internal decisions issued by
the first party or his representative in accordance
with regulations.
6-3 Second Party shall observe the work timing and
shall follow all rules and regulations related to work
performance. Second party also undertakes to

Responsibilities diligently, faithfully and at his best


efforts.
6-4 Second party may be assigned to work for
extra time as well as during official holidays
provided that he will be compensated for the same
as per rules and regulations of the first party.
6-5 As the work nature at the first party may
necessitate second partys access to confidential
information, second party herby undertakes during
the term of his of his employment at the first party
and after quitting the work, to observe strict
confidentiality of such information at his custody
and shall not disclose it to any third party unless
he obtained prior written consent of the first party.
6-6 Second party shall upkeep properties and
funds of the first party as well as any equipment,
devices, tools, machinery and equipment in his
custody and shall be responsible for any damages
that may occur to first partys properties.
6-7 Second party, during the term of this contract,
shall not work for any other party whether paid or
not unpaid. in addition he shall not perform any job
or profession even out of the official work timing
and shall dedicate his interests for his official duty.

6-8 Second party confirms that he reviewed the


work regulation of the first party and complies with
its stipulations.

Article (7) General Rules:

( 7) :

7-1 This contract shall be deemed void and null in


case there is evidence that second partys
informations and statements, according to which
this contract is concluded, are not true.
Consequently. Second party shall not be entitled
for any Dues stipulated in this contract (where
what have been previously paid to him is against
the work he has rendered).

7-2 Rules and Regulations along with instructions


and directions of the first party shall be
complementary to this contract in matters that are
not stipulated herein. Both parties shall be
subjected to regulations of labor office laws and
applicable GOSI laws.
