You would like to know how to set filter for BP upload from CRM to ECC

Cause
ThefiltersettingsforBPuploadisdefinedinT-code SMOEAC for replication object BUPA_MAIN. By default, the publication (and the replication
object it is based on) is delivered as type "Simple bulk" like below screenshot, it will not allow you to assign criteria values for filtering. Only the type
"Simpleintelligent"enablesthefiltersetting.Therefore,youneedtore-createthereplicationobject,publicationandsubscriptionwithtype"Simple
intelligent".

Resolution
Execute T-code SMOEAC in CRM system, and then follow the following steps:
1. delete the subscription for businesss partner.

2. delete the publication for business partner.


3. delete the replication object for business partner.

4. Thenrecreatethereplicationobjectastype"Simpleintelligent"andassigncriteriafields.

You can choose the potential filter criteria:

5. Afterwardscreateanewpublicationviawizard.

In Publication wizard, choose replication object BUPA_MAIN:

Selectcriteriafieldandputittotheareaontherightside:

6. create a subscription via wizard.

define filter values:

assign site:

7. After that, you will see the filter is set up for the site.
