Acts 15:1-21 A model meeting, where robust


disagreement is managed by spiritual leadership.
1. Everyone is well briefed and informed of the
issues before hand.
2. The Elders clarify all doctrinal points as they
are raised; those who have done work are
asked for reports.
3. The senior elder chairs the meeting.
4. The problem people have their say first and
are fully heard.
5. When everyone has been heard the senior
elder sums up biblically; the doctrines of the
Word are then spelled out for application.

church is doing powerful spiritual work!
