Program Information

Class sessions are offered at Albert Lea High School on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Room
E201. Course work is provided to meet the credits needed for graduation. The instructional
delivery uses a web-based curriculum with licensed teacher support in the computer lab to
allow flexibility in earning credits.
Students will complete these hours in the after school sessions along with independent work
outside of the after school sessions. If students do not work outside of the scheduled 18-22
days of class per session, they may not complete the course and will have to continue on to a
second credit recovery session in the same course.
Students successfully completing a course earns one (1.0) full semester credit and a P grade
for passing.
Students will be enrolled in one course. When they have completed the credit, they may be
enrolled in another course if time permits.

Attendance Expectations

Students are expected to be at the the ALHS program every Tuesday and Wednesday from
3:00-4:30 working on their online course. Students will check-in with the teacher for

already full.
Students who are disruptive to the classroom will be asked to leave.
