An embarrassing experience

Never take the shortest path

Embarrassing experience happens to everyone, but this, specifically, didnt
happen to me, but with my aunt and her friend when they were going to a birthday
party and decided to take the shortest path.
It was Saturday night, about six oclock, when my aunt and her friend decided to
walk to the anniversary of my cousin. There was two paths to get there: the
longest and shortest of course they chose the shortest, which was also dark and
weird. My aunt is fearless and did not care about this.
When they were in the middle of the way, a stranger on a motorcycle suddenly
appeared. Then they began to feel afraid of what might happen and decided to
hide behind the bushes. After, another man on a motorcycle approached and
both stopped on their side. That time, my aunt was so scared that she jumped
over her friend and ran.
My aunts friend could not do the same and stayed there, crouched in the bushes.
Then, one of the guys saw her and he said: there is a fallen woman here. My
aunt, who was running, stopped and said: she isnt fallen. She is scared!. And
kept running.
The man reassured her and told her she did not need to be afraid, so she got up
and left. When they arrived on the party, they could laugh at everything. One
lesson was learned: Never take the shortest path.
