Minimum Requirements

2.75 cumulative CSU GPA


CON 101 Intro to Construction Management with a B grade or better
CO 150 College Composition with a B grade or better
MATH 125 Numerical Trigonometry with a C grade or better

Once a student has met the minimum requirements listed above they are eligible to
formally apply to the program. We will admit up to 100 students each semester in May
and December based on academic performance in regards to the requirements listed
above.
Meeting minimum requirements does NOT guarantee admission to the CM program.

IB scores of 5, 6, or 7 for English at the Higher Level
Equivalent transfer credit for CO 150

Can be taken once online prior to admit term


In person exams offered in August and throughout Fall semester
