RESPONSE TO CLERKS ORDER

Come now the Defendants-Appellants (Appellants), and respectfully
submit the following Response to the Clerks Order entered January 26, 2015
(Entry ID 4237864):
1.

On January 26, 2015, the Clerk of this Court entered an order pursuant

to 8th Cir. Rule 3C, noting that the Appellants had not paid the docketing fees to
the district court, and ordering Appellants to cure the defect within 14 days of the
order. See Doc. 51; Entry ID 4237864. Appellants have now paid the docketing
fees to the district court within the 14-day cure period provided by Rule 3C. See
Doc. 52.

Appellants did not intentionally delay payment of the filing fee.

Appellants are committed to prosecuting this appeal.
