201 Southeast 6th Street
Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301
Attention: Timothy Donnelly, Assistant State Attorney
Public Corruption Unit
RE: Criminal Complaint Against Deerfield Beach Commission Candidate
Ron Coddington
Mr. Donnelly:
Deerfield Beach Municipal Code Sec. 2-1 Official Seal states:
It shall be unlawful for any person to use the city seal without the express
approval of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach. Any violation
shall be punishable as set forth in F.S. 165.043.
F.S. 165.043 states:
The use of the municipal seal without the express approval of the governing
body is a second-degree misdemeanor.
In Deerfield Beach, candidate Ron Coddington did not secure the citys permission
when he used the towns logo on campaign literature, thus committing a seconddegree misdemeanor under Florida Law. Coddingtons illegal and criminal action is
punishable by a definite term of imprisonment not exceeding 60 days.
Oh, and hes a complete shithead.
Therefore, I respectfully request the Broward State Attorney thoroughly investigates
this matter.
Happy hunting;

Timothy Chaz Stevens
