Any violation shall be punishable as set forth in F.S. 165.043. F.S. 165.043 states: The use of the municipal seal without the express approval of the governing body is a second-degree misdemeanor. In Deerfield Beach, candidate Ron Coddington did not secure the citys permission when he used the towns logo on campaign literature, thus committing a seconddegree misdemeanor under Florida Law. Coddingtons illegal and criminal action is punishable by a definite term of imprisonment not exceeding 60 days. Oh, and hes a complete shithead.
