This is a selling idea (consultant) presentation, clear story line with problem for one
scope of business (specific location and/or specific business unit).
No big notes (better without notes), only point or figure in slide, presentation strategy
based on group needs.
Massimo and Mathiass act as Board of Director of Huawei those will challenges our
conceptual thinking and practical recommendation.
Try to discover why we should talk for this and why we not talk about this? (for
instance by discover SWOT analysis for internal environment and PESTEL for
external/industry overview).
Model or framework can be helpful to describe overview of problem, the model
should be make sense, combination from external and internal factor that influence
business.
We need specific problem and specific recommendation (little wow factor on
recommendation).
Our focuses are to the actual strategy renewal and corporate entrepreneurship
activities in last 3-5 years and give recommendation to the future outlook of the
business.
Preparing the question from lecture and other group, that should be in the scope of
business area and our presentation content (for instance the inconsistency).

Ive already send a pim before about what Huawei doing business today, may you all
consider which part of huawei that we will took as a focus for our analysis.
For the model, I think we should mixed up, use some of theory/concept that fit to describe
actual condition of Huawei, for instance the Entrepreneurial Intensity that wita already write
in the doc yesterday, we can put which position is Huawei now and correlate this finding to
the model/framework that wecreate and find problem to achieve the goal, explore and
analyze the problem and in the end present 3 recommendation (actual condition, model that
describe problem clearly and practical recommendation for BOD) that emphasize corporate
entrepreneurship and strategic renewal in company.
