General Summary of Quarter _2_
After the quarter 1 passed I changed my company logo and name from Pleng Corporation to
Msica Corporation because I think old name is not sounds professional and too simple. Msica is
Spanish and its got the same meaning as my name Pleng. In English its mean Music. I decided to
name my company in Spanish because all of my business located in Mexico. From now on I shut
down my Sausage factory because it wastes a lot of expense and lost a lot of profit. So I got 2
stores and 1 office left. The stores are locating in Leon and the main office locates Zappopan.
After that my company efficiency keeps decreasing and decreasing and its affect my stores.
My profit keep decreasing someday constant someday I dont get any profit. Even I employed
more employee to increase my store service charge, but still I get complaining from customers
that my store efficiency is very low so Is affect the products of store. Some time I tried
decreased my product price lower than average but still almost no customer buy products. I also
used to opened electronic equipment but it no use so I shut it down.

Summary of Financial Profits and Losses

After quarter I my companies profits always are negative. I didnt received bonus from my sponsored
anymore because I got affected by low efficiency from the main office so they not trusted on my product
anymore. Its make product in my store got a low quality. Amount of my customer is getting low and they
complaining about very low efficiency of store which is about 14% even I employed more employee to
increase my store service charge, but still I get complaining from customers and the efficiency is not even
increased. I also got too much products in my store and it cant be sold. Someday I didnt get any revenue.
According to this my revenue will start decreasing.
During this quarter I try not to spend a lot of money for any investment. Some time I tried decreased my
product price lower than average that I set which is 15%-20% profit but still almost no customer buy
products. I also used to opened electronic equipment but it no use so I shut it down.

Price -Because if amount of price is not too high or proper to quality of good , so people
going to buy it

Quality- Because quality is one of the component that make product being more interesting
and requiring

Type of products -Because product type is a component that judges how much value of that
product requiring. Every country got a difference popular products

Efficiency-Is the component that judge how good of your company and product is.

Reliability- Its important because
