General Summary of Quarter _3_
After quarter2 was passed, my efficiency and profit keep decreasing and its less than before. Also my
company asset is decreasing a lot now I got 16 million left. I created 2 new warehouses that were located
in Leon which are Ore & rocks materials warehouse and food store warehouse. I created food store
warehouse in case to move some unprofitable products from the store or incase got too much supply in
stocks so I can find another way to make profit. For ore rock material warehouse I created it because I did a
research that its one of the main profitable products in Mexico.
All of these things I invested it to find more way to make profit. From now on I start to move some of
unprofitable products to my warehouse and more supply in ore and rocks product in warehouse. In case of
efficiency of main office that keeps decreasing I tried to improve it buy repair equipment often when it
break, buy more computer equipment and send my employee on training, Also to improve my store
efficiency too. Later, I cancel sign contract with my supplier because I got too much supply and its quiet
not profitable and also to stop wasting money. I cancel it in both store which are clothing store and food
store.

My company still gets profit loss since quarter 2 and its keep decreasing because its get affect by
efficiency of main office thats very low. The low efficiency affects my number of customers a lot they are
complain about low quality of products and level of service thats not enough so I hire more employees but
still I got complaining about low efficiency. I mainly lost profit because of low efficiency and products are
store is not quite profitable and there are too many supplies in my stock.
I try to solve this problem by create a warehouse and move unprofitable products I decided to sold it a
lower price. I also create another warehouse for Ore Rock material because I did a research that its the
main profitable products in Mexico. From now on my company asset decrease from 16 million in quarter 2
-12 million in quarter 3. Every single week I lost a profit about 100 thousand and got revenue about 10-60
thousands which is very bad.

Price -Because if amount of price is not too high or proper to quality of good , so people
going to buy it

Quality- Because quality is one of the component that make product being more interesting
and requiring

Type of products -Because product type is a component that judges how much value of that
product requiring. Every country got a difference popular products

Efficiency-Is the component that judge how good of your company and product is.

Reliability- Its important because its a thing that make customer interested and trust on our
products
