To Whom It May Concern,

I observed Tammy McCluskey on several occasions during her student teaching
experience and watched her grow professionally. She is passionate about teaching and
worked tirelessly to provide her students with engaging lessons. By integrating
technology and hands on activities into her lessons she provided many opportunities for
her students to be active participants in the lessons. Mrs. McCluskey encouraged
critical thinking by providing collaborative activities for her students to strengthen their
problem solving skills and to maximize the learning of all her students.
I believe Mrs. McCluskey would be a great asset to any school and I highly recommend
her for a teaching position.
