FOR CENTRAL NY
This area includes but is
not limited to cities such
as Syracuse, Utica, Ithaca,
Elmira, Binghamton, and
Oneonta.
FOR NORTHEAST PA
This area includes but is
not limited to cities such
as Towanda, Montrose,
Scranton, and WilkesBarre.

Winter Storm Watch


Watch issued for all of northeast
Pennsylvania and central New
York except northern Oneida
County.
Winter Storm Watch in effect
Sunday afternoon through
Monday afternoon.

Impacts
There is the potential for 7 inches
or more of snow accumulation.
Snow will begin Sunday afternoon
but accumulations will be light
until later Sunday evening.
Snow covered roads and slippery
travel.
