Retreat Center in Frontenac, Minnesota, will be the setting for the 10th annual Living
Education Retreat. We invite you to join us near the shores of Lake Pepin as we
continue to explore the educational philosophy and methods of Charlotte Mason and
celebrate 10 years of meeting together. Experience being with other parents and
educators pursuing this relational way of living and learning through meals, workshops,
outdoor activities, and discussions. Nancy Kelly, Sandy Rusby Bell, Art Middlekauff,
Dr. Carroll Smith, Dr. Donna Johnson, and the Truth,
Beauty, Goodness Community teachers are just a

Things to Note

Registration and check-in start at 4 p.m. on Thurs. in

Ursuline Hall
Retreat begins at 6 p.m. on Thurs.
Six healthy and delicious meals are included in the
registration. (Thurs. dinner through Sat. lunch)
Mothers with nursing babies welcome. Only children
12+ allowed to register.
All rooms have shared bathrooms. Marian Hall and
Glengarda Writers Cottage have towels and bedding.
Not all rooms furnished with air-conditioning.
No vending machines available.
Jan Wright of Books of Yesterday will be joining us
with her inventory of living books on Fri. and Sat.
